Abstract

Pada penelitian ini kompleks Cu(II) dengan ligan 2(4-nitrofenil)-4,5-difenil-1H-imidazol (4) telah berhasil disintesis. Ligan 2(4-nitrofenil)-4,5-difenil-1H-imidazol (4) dikarakterisasi dengan FTIR dan 1H NMR. Senyawa kompleks Cu(II) dengan ligan 2(4-nitrofenil)-4,5-difenil-1H-imidazol (4) dikarakterisasi dengan Spektrofotometer UV-Vis, FTIR, CHN Analyzer, SSA, dan TGA/DTA. Rumus molekul kompleks yang dihasilkan adalah [Cu(C21H14N2NO2)2]·2H2O dengan rendemen sebesar 63,58 %. Uji toksisitas senyawa kompleks dengan metode BSLT menghasilkan nilai LC50 sebesar 229,66 ppm.

Complexes Cu(II) with 2(4-nitrophenyl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole (4) ligand had been successfully synthesized. Ligand 2(4-nitrophenyl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole (4) was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR. Complexes Cu(II) with 2(4-nitrophenyl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole (4) ligand was characterized by UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, CHN Analyzer, AAS, and TGA/DTA. The molecular formula of complexes Cu(II) was [Cu(C21H14N2NO2)2]·2H2O yield 63,58 %. The toxicity test with BSLT method generated LC50 229,66 ppm.
