Abstract
Technopreneurship merupakan proses sinergi dari kemampuan yang kuat
pada penguasaan teknologi serta pemahaman menyeluruh tentang konsep
kewirausahaan. Terdapat sebuah wadah dimana para calon technopreneur dapat
mengembangkan ide dan inovasi yang akan diwujudkan yaitu Pusat Inkubator
Industri. Terdapat 45 UKM tenant yang dibagi menjadi beberapa bidang memiliki
tingkat perusahaan spinoff yang rendah dan pendapatan tenant yang fluktuatif
mengindikasikan adanya permasalahann mengenai pengelolaan program kerja
yang diadakan Inkubator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memunculkan alternatifalternatif
strategi untuk pengembangan technopreneurship untuk mencapai
keberhasilan dari Inkubator Industri ITS dengan indikator utama yaitu
peningkatan perusahaan spinoff dan peningkatan incubator revenue. Digunakan
sistem dinamik dalam penyelesaian penelitian ini, dikarenakan komplekstisitas
interaksi antar variabel dan perilaku sistem. Terdapat 4 model utama yang
digambarkan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu komersialisasi, populasi perusahaan,
sumber daya manusia dan pendapatan. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dari empat
belas skenario ditunjukkan bahwa skenario yang memiliki nilai signifikan
terhadap tujuan penelitian adalah dengan meningkatkan proporsi alokasi
penelitian potensial yang berasal dari PKM, meningkatkan share profit
perusahaan spinoff dan meningkatkan modal usaha yang diberikan Inkubator
Industri ITS terhadap perusahaan pemula. Hasilnya adalah terdapat peningkatan
sebesar 3,8% pada perusahaan spinoff dari kondisi eksisting dan pendapatan
Inkubator Industri juga naik hingga mencapai 120%.

Technopreneurship is a synergy of a strong ability in mastering the
technology and thorough understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship. There
is a unit where techno prospective can develop ideas and innovations that will be
implemented namely Industrial Incubator Center. ITS Industrial Incubator has 45
SME tenants who are divided into several areas have lower levels of spinoff
companies, fluctuating tenant income indicate a incubator management problem.
This study aims to bring up alternatives for developing technopreneurship
strategies to achieve the success of ITS Industrial Incubator with primary indicator
of increased spinoff company and increase incubator revenue. System dynamics is
used in the completion of this study, because of interactions complexity between
variables and system behavior. There are 4 main models described in this study,
namely commercialization, population of the company, human resources and
revenues. Based on simulation results on fourteen scenarios, it can be shown that
the scenario which has significant value to the purpose of the research is to
increase the proportion of potential research allocations derived from PKM,
increase spinoff company share profit, and increase company venture capital
provided by ITS Industrial Incubator against startups. The result is there is an
increase of 3% on the number of spinoff company from existing conditions and
Industrial Incubator income also rise up to 120%.
