Abstract

Non-functional requirements or aspects of quality is an important factor because it plays a role in the success of software development. But in the industry, non-functional requirements are often overlooked, it will cause adverse effects, both for the success of the software development and also for stakeholders. Therefore, it needs an automation system identification non-functional requirements. Many research have been did the non functional automation identification process using classification techniques but are limited to single-label classification, and so we need classification technique that supports multi-label. The other limitation from classification techniques are often confined to the term frequency measurement and the measurement of similarity between documents with categories without considering semantic factors. Besides, too many standards on non-functional requirements also cause confusion when identifying non-functional requirements. Therefore in this research proposed an automated identification system from requirement sentences based FSKNN algorithm with addition of semantic factor such as term enrichment using hypernim relation and measurement of semantic relatedness between term with categories based ISO/IEC 9126.
From the testing that has been performed using the combined datasets of various kinds of requirement documents, known that changing the FSKNN method to Semantic-FSKNN method can improve performance from hamming loss, accuracy, and precision in small value so as not significant. But for recall decrease insignificant. Using term enrichment with a mix hypernim and synonyms in scenario 2 has improved accuracy of 12.7% for FSKNN and Semantic-FSKNN method, precision of 12% for FSKNN method and 16.5% for Semantic-FSKNN method and for recall of 20.4% for methods FSKNN and 14.3% for Semantic-FSKNN method. However, for the performance of hamming loss increased error rate of 10.9% for both methods. Comparison of the two scenarios show scenario 2 is the most optimal scenario with the performance of hamming loss of 21.9%, accuracy of 43.7% and precision of 73.9%.
