Abstract

Pemerataan penyediaan listrik di Indonesia, tak luput
pada daerah Lombok Timur. Besarnya permintaan daya listrik di
daerah Lombok Timur, menyebabkan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga
Uap Loan Korea Lombok Timur (PLTU) harus menyediakan
daya listrik sesuai permintaan masyarakat daerah Lombok Timur.
Hal ini mendorong pembangunan mesin Steam Turbine.
Pembangunan ini perlu adanya struktur pendukung yang harus
direncanakan adalah pondasi mesin.
Pondasi mesin selain sebagai penyalur beban dari struktur
atas ke lapisan tanah, juga membatasi gerak amplitudo yang tidak
membahayakan saat mesin beroperasi. Pondasi mesin yang akan
direncanakan menggunakan pondasi mesin tipe blok.
Perencanan pondasi mesin ini akan dikelompokan menjadi
dua macam pengelompokan mesin. Pengelompokan pertama
menopang dua mesin dan pengelompokan ke dua menopang tiga
mesin. Setiap pengelompokan mesin direncanakan menjadi dua
yaitu ketebalan pondasi yang sama tetapi kedalaman penanaman
yang berbeda (empat perbedaan penanaman), dan ketebalan
pondasi yang berbeda tetapi ketinggian pondasi di muka tanah
yang sama (empat perbedaan ketebalan pondasi). Dari hasil
pengelompokan tersebut mendapatkan nilai besaran rasio
redaman.

Pengaruh kedalaman penanaman menghasilkan kurva
kedalaman terhadap Amplitudo Vertikal (Az) berbentuk kurva
linier. Untuk ketinggian muka tanah 0,4m selisih amplitudo
konstan sebesar 0,2% dan untuk ketinggian muka tanah 0,3m
selisih amplitudo dengan interval 0,2% dan 0,3%. Sedangkan
studi pengaruh ketebalan pondasi mesin menghasilkan kurva
kedalaman terhadap Amplitudo Vertikal (Az) berbentuk kurva
linier. Dengan setiap penambahan kedalaman sebesar 0,1m nilai
amplitudo berkurang secara konstan sebesar 1%. Selain
kedalaman penanaman pondasi, nilai dimensi pondasi B x L juga
mempengaruhi nilai amplitudo. Semakin besar nilai dimensi
pondasi (B x L) semakin kecil pula nilai amplitudo.
Adanya studi ini, maka merencanakan pondasi mesin
sebaiknya ketinggian pondasi di atas muka tanah tetap, tetapi
kedalaman penanaman yang berbeda. Hal ini dikarenakan pada
amplitudo cepat berkurang dibandingkan dengan ketebalan
pondasi tetap. ======== The equalization of electricity provision in Indonesia, is
including the area of East Lombok. The amount of electric power
demand in the area of East Lombok, causing the Loan Korea East
Lombok power plant must provides the electrical power as the
order of the regional community in East Lombok. Accordingly, it
stimulate the establishment of steam turbine engine. Those project
need the additional structures that have to be planned, such as the
machine’s foundation.
Machine's foundation aside as a distributor of the load from
the upper structure to the soil, also limits the motion of amplitude
that is not harmful while the machine is operating. Machine's
foundation that will be planned, using the block type of machine's
foundation.
The plan of this machine's foundation will be group into
two kind of machines group. The first group, sustain two engines,
while the second group sustain three engines. Each of machine's
group are planned into two: have the same thickness of
foundation but different in depths of planting (four differences of
planting), and differ in thickness foundation but have the height’s
foundation in the same ground surface (four differences of
foundation’s thickness). From the results of these grouping, get
the amount of damping ratio values.

The impact of planting in depths, generate a depths curve
on vertical amplitude (Az) shaped liniear curve. 0,4 m to ground
level height difference constant amplitude of 0,2% and for the
ground level height 0,3m difference in amplitude with intervals of
0,2% and 0,3%. At the same time, study of the impact of
machine’s foundation thickness produces a depth curve of vertical
amplitude (Az) shaped liniear curve. With each additional 0.1M
depth at constant amplitude value is reduced by 1%. In addition to
foundation’s planting depth, those foundation dimension value B
x L also affect the value of the amplitude. The greater the value of
the foundation dimensions (B x L), it means smaller the
amplitude values.
Accordingly to this study, the machine’s foundation plan
should altitude on the fixed of the ground face, but different in
planting depths. This is because in a fast amplitude is reduced
compared to the thickness of the foundation remains.
