Abstract
Abstract—In 22nd century, the office condition and culture would be much different with office culture nowadays. Human life, as well as the way people work, based on the virtual technology and holographic in that era. That condition would generate new concept and design of future office. Seagram building, the well-known modern era skyscraper, used as existing building of the future office would make the design process more interesting. Using performance-based-architecture approach, the design process would start with research about office condition in the future and condition of existing building. The next step is establish some criteria for designing the office space, and then doing some design explorations to get the best choice of office design.
