Abstract

Adsorpsi Remazol Yellow FG oleh adsorben selulosa bakterial
nata de coco telah dilakukan. Adsorben selulosa bakterial nata de
coco dibuat dari nata de coco kering yang telah dihaluskan dan
lolos ayakan 30 - 40 mesh. Adsorpsi dilakukan dengan metode
ruah/batch dengan variasi pH, dosis adsorben, waktu kontak, dan
konsentrasi adsorbat. Dari hasil percobaan diperoleh kondisi
optimum adsorpsi pada pH 2, dosis adsorben 0,1000 g, waktu
kontak 60 menit dan konsentrasi awal larutan 1509,085 mg/L
dengan kapasitas adsorpsi sebesar 44,357 mg/g. Kinetika adsorpsi
Remazol Yellow FG oleh adsorben selulosa bakterial nata de coco
mengikuti model kinetika orde satu (K = 0,0564), serta adsorpsi
isotermalnya mengikuti persamaan isotermal Langmuir dengan
nilai KL = 43,860 L/mg dan b sebesar 0,056 mg/g. Penelitian
adsorpsi Remazol Yellow FG dalam limbah batik tulis oleh
adsorben selulosa bakterial nata de coco juga telah dilakukan
pada kondisi adsorpsi optimum dan didapatkan hasil prosentase
adsorpsi sebesar 26,506% dan kapasitas adsorpsi sebesar 44,161
mg/g
==============================================================================================Adsorption of Remazol Yellow FG using nata de coco
bacterial cellulose as adsorbent has been done. Nata de coco
bacterial cellulose as adsorbent was made from dry nata de coco
that has been mashed and pass 30-40 mess sieve. Adsorption was
done using implementing batch method with various of specified
pH, adsorbent dosage, contact time, and adsorbat concentration.
Based on the result of the study, the optimum condition of
adsorption were pH 2; 0,1000 g of adsorbent dosage; 60 minutes
of contact time, and 1509,085 mg/L of initial solvent
concentration with 44,356 mg/g adsorption capacity. The kinetic
adsorption of Remazol Yellow FG that performed by nata de coco
bacterial cellulose as adsorbent was following first order kinetics
model (K = 0,0564). The isothermal adsorption was following
Langmuir isothermal equation with KL = 43,860 L/mg and b =
0,056 mg/g. The adsorption study of Remazol Yellow FG on
written batik waste using nata de coco bacterial cellulose as
adsorbent has also been done on optimum adsorption condition
that was resulting 26,506% on adsorption percentage and 44,161
mg/g on adsorption capacity
