Abstract

Jaringan distribusi perusahaan biasanya terdiri atas multi eselon yang
seringkali memiliki lebih dari satu pabrik, gudang dan juga demand point.
Mengingat jaringan distribusi terdiri atas multi eselon, maka perusahaan dituntut
untuk melakukan optimasi alokasi pada jaringan distribusi untuk menghasilkan
biaya yang minimal dapat menggunakan model Integer Linear Programming (ILP).
Model ILP harus mempertimbangkan batasan operasional dan keuangan yang ada.
Model ILP yang dikembangkan juga mempertimbangkan adanya inventory dan
juga multi periode. Studi kasus penelitian ini yaitu jaringan distribusi pupuk
Petrogranik di PT Petrokimia Gresik. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 3 skenario
perbaikan yang diusulkan untuk data tahun 2016. Berdasarkan hasil komputasi,
akan dilakukan perbandingan biaya transportasi eksisting dengan biaya transportasi
dari tiap skenario. Hasil komputasi menunjukkan bahwa dari tiap skenario yaitu
masing-masing terjadi penghematan biaya transportasi sebesar 40%, 25% dan 34%
dibanding eksisting. Alokasi berdasarkan komputasi menunjukkan bahwa jarak
terjauh dari pengiriman yaitu 167 Km, sementara dari pengiriman eksisting rute
terjauh yaitu 266 Km. Selain itu juga akan dilakukan perbandingan utilisasi masingmasing pabrik dari tiap skenario yang diusulkan. Komputasi juga dilakukan hingga
2020, dengan proyeksi kenaikan demand 10% tiap tahunnya

Enterprise distribution network usually consist of the multi echelon which
have more than one plant, warehouse and also demand point. Considering this, so
company is required to perform optimization the allocation of the distribution
network to produce minimal cost. It can use the Integer Linear Programming (ILP)
model. ILP model should consider the existing operational and financial
constraints. ILP model developed also consider the inventory in warehouse and also
multiple period. Case study in this research is concerning in the distribution network
of Petroganik fertilizer in PT Petrokimia Gresik. Currently, There are 136 factories,
113 warehouses and 78 demand points. This research will provide 3 improvement
scenarios proposed for data in 2016. Based on the results of the computing, will be
conducted the comparison of transportation cost among the existing and from each
scenario. The saving for each scenario that are scenario 0, scenario 1 and scenario
2 are 40%, 25% and 34% compared to the existing transportation cost. The
allocation based on computing shows that the farthest distance of delivery is 167
Km, while the existing is 266 Km. This research also compare the factories
utilization for each scenario. Computing is also performed up to 2020, with a
projected increase in demand of 10% each year.
