Abstract

Tugas akhir ini merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada modul Human Resource Management (HRM). Aplikasi ini berorientasikan multitenancy dengan basis data terdistribusi. Modul HRM adalah modul yang menangani masalah sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalam sebuah perusahaan. Modul ini dipecah lagi menjadi beberapa submodul antara lain: Recruitment and Hiring, Assignment, Target a Goal, Payroll, dan Decruitment. Kelima modul ini dibuat untuk memenuhi proses bisnis utama dari modul HRM yakni Hired-To-Fired. Aplikasi ERP ini dibangun berdasarkan aspek multitenancy dengan basis data terdistribusi. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada pengembangan sebelumnya. Perancangan aplikasi ERP dibuat secara modular agar mendukung pembuatan modul HRM. Selain itu juga mendukung pengembangan atau penambahan modul di masa datang. Kemudian untuk multitenancy, aspek ini dibuat menggunakan MySql Cluster sebagai pendukung aspek replikasi dan HighAvailability.

The final project is to design and implementation an application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) module Human Resource Management (HRM). This application is multitenancy-oriented with distributed database. HRM Module is a module that handles human resources issues that exist in a company. This module is subdivided into several submodules include: Recruitment and Hiring, Assignment, Target a Goal, Payroll, and Decruitment. All module is designed to meet the key business processes of the HRM module Hired-To-Fired. ERP application is built based on aspects of the distributed database multitenancy. It is necessary to solve the problems on the previous development. The design of ERP application is created modularly to support HRM module integrated with other module. It also supports the development or additional modules in the future. Then for multitenancy, this aspect created using MySQL Cluster as the supporting aspects of replication and high-availability.
