Abstract

Dalam kegiatan proses produksi Upstream (hulu minyak dan
gas) di industri, guna separator memproduksi nett oil dan nett gas
yang diperoleh dari pemisahan antara fluida minyak, air, dan gas
ini dapat maksimal, diperlukan kriteria yang sesuai, khususnya
level. Untuk alasan tersebut, maka perlu suatu sistem
pengendalian terhadap variabel tersebut. Oleh karena itu,
dilakukan pembuatan tugas akhir ini mengenai rancang bangun
purwarupa sistem pengendalian level air horizontal separator 3
fasa. Sistem pengendalian yang digunakan yaitu mode kontroler
ON-OFF (digital). Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yaitu
Arduino Uno mikrokontroler ATmega328P sebagai kontroler,
elemen pengendali akhir berupa solenoid valve UW-160-15 dan
elemen transmisi, modul sensor ketinggian fotodioda. Dari hasil
pengambilan data tugas akhir ini, dilakukan uji sensor pada
modul sensor ketinggian fotodioda. Selain itu juga didapat hasil
running sistem dengan memperhatikan nilai yang dihasilkan
seperti ADC, tegangan, level, dan respon solenoid valve. Dari
hasil running ditunjukkan sistem pengendalian level air telah
berjalan dengan stabil

In the daily of production process (upstream) oil and gas at
industry, to produce net separator oil and net gas obtained from
the separation between fluids of oil, water, and gas can be
maximum, required appropriate criteria, especially level. For
that reason, we need a system of control over the variables.
Hence, designed and build up prototype control system the water
level horizontal separator three phase is made on this final
project. By mode control system used in the controller is on-off
(digital) mode. The instruments which used on this final project
such as Arduino Uno ATmega328p microcontroller as the
controller, solenoid valve UW-160-15 and elements transmission
as the final control element, photodiode level sensors module.
The results of the data on this final project which assigned is,
undergone a sensor at level photodiode sensors. It also acquired
the running the system with regard to the value produced as
ADC, voltage, level, and response valve. From the running
indicated control system the water level has run with a steady
