Abstract

Sistem pengendalian kecepatan yang terdapat pada Treadmill
dirasa kurang aman karena Seringkali hal ini mengakibatkan resiko
kecelakaan seperti terjatuh para pengguna treadmill saat mereka belum
siap mengikuti kecepatan belt yang berputar. Kecepatan belt yang
berputar pada treadmill di rasa sangat penting karena kecepatan
merupakan fungsi utama pada treadmill. Untuk itu dibuatlah rancang
bangun sensor kecepatan gerak kaki pada treadmill untuk mengetahui
kecepatan kaki pengguna treadmill saat berjalan di atas treadmill Yang
kemudian diikuti dengan pergerakan putaran motor pada treadmill.
Rancang bangun sensor kecepatan gerak kaki ini menggunakan sensor
Accelerometer ADXL 335 GY-61, mikrokontroller AVR AT Mega
8535, buzzer 5 volt, bak converter DC Step down 5 volt, display LCD
2x16 dan akuisisi data dengan menggunakan software CV AVR.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, didapatkan bahwa pada percobaan 1
pengukuran kecepatan diperoleh hasil standar deviasi yaitu
0,0737865 dan rata-rata persen error sebesar 3 % sedangkan pada
percobaan 2 diperoleh hasil standar deviasi yaitu 0,0699206 dan
rata-rata persen error sebesar 3,1 %. Dari data hasil pengukuran,
didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa rancang bangun sensor kecepatan gerak
kaki bisa bekerja saat dipasang di kaki pengguna treadmill

because Often this resulted because the risk of accidents such as falls
the treadmill users when they are not ready to follow the speed of the
rotating belt. Rotating belt speed on the treadmill is considered very
important because the speed is the main function of the treadmill. To
make a speed sensor design footwork on the treadmill to determine the
speed of the treadmill leg while walking on a treadmill that Followed by
the movement of rotation of the motor on the treadmill. Design of
footwork speed sensor uses Accelerometer sensor ADXL 335 GY-61,
AVR AT Mega 8535 microcontroller, buzzer 5 volts, DC Step down
converter tubs 5 volt, 2x16 LCD display and data acquisition using
software CV AVR. Based on test results, it was found that the
experimental results obtained velocity measurements 1 standard
deviation is 0.0737865 and the average percent of error of 3 % while in
the second experiment the results obtained standard deviation is
0.0699206 and the average percent of error of 3,1 %.From the
measurement data, it was concluded that the design of footwork speed
sensor can work when installed at the foot of the treadmill users
