Abstract

Pembangunan Superblok East Coast Mansion Surabaya menempati lahan kosong yang sebelumnya berfungsi sebagai daerah resapan air hujan di kota Surabaya. Superblok East Coast Mansion Surabaya menempati lahan 2,35 Ha. Perubahan fungsi lahan tersebut menambah debit limpasan air hujan dalam kawasan Superblok. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan perencanaan sistem drainase baru pada kawasan Superblok east coast mansion Surabaya.Dalam tugas akhir perencanaan sistem drainase kawasan Superblok East Coast Mansion Surabaya ini, hal pertama yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan, diantaranya : data hujan dan stasiun hujannya, layout Superblok, serta hidrolika dari saluran eksisting luar kawasan. Data hujan dan stasiun hujan digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya intensitas hujan rencana (I). Data layout Superblok untuk menghitung koefisien pengaliran gabungan(C), waktu konsentrasi aliran air (tc) dan luas daerah tangkapan air hujan (A). Dengan luasan (A) Intensitas hujan (I) dan koefisien pengaliran (C) dapat diketahui besarnya debit banjir rencana (Q). Besarnya debit (Q) dapat digunakan untuk merencanakan dimensi sistem drainase dalam kawasan Superblok. Data hidrolika eksisting luar kawasan digunakan untuk menganalisa terjadinya backwater yang apabila terjadi dapat dicegah dengan perencanaan pompa.Dari hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh debit banjir rencana 10 tahun dari kawasan Superblok East Coast Mansion Surabaya sebesar 0,288 m3/detik. Direncanakan Kolam tampung dengan dimensi 2,5 m x 2,5 m x 275 m, dan metode pembuangan air dengan pengoperasian pompa dan saluran outlet ke Sungai kalidami. dengan debit saluran outlet dan pompa sebesar 0,15 m3/detik. ========================================================================================================================The construction of the East Coast Mansion Superblock Surabaya occupies vacant land that previously functioned as a rainwater catchment area in the city of Surabaya. East Coast Mansion Superblock Surabaya occupies 2.35 Ha of land. Changes of the land use increased runoff in the Superblock area. Therefore, an appropriate design for a new drainage system in the superblock area of the east coast of Surabaya is needed.In this final project, the first thing to do is collecting the necessary data, including: the position of rainfall gauge, rainfall data, Superblock layout, and hydraulic parameters of channels outside the area. Rainfall data and station gauge location data are used to calculate the design of rainfall intensity (I). Superblock layout data is using to calculate the combined drainage coefficient (C), time of concentration area (tc) and catchment area (A). According to the hydrological parameters above, then the design of discharge area can be calculated. In advamce, the discharge (Q) can be used as drainage system design (i.e, dimension of gutter) in the Superblock area. Meanwhile, the hydraulic data at the outside Superblock (i.e.,Kali Dami elevation) is used for backwater analysis, hence the additional system in the Superblock outlet can be evaluated as well.According to the analysis result. It can be concluded that the design discharge for 10 years of return period in East Coast Mansion Superblock is 0.288 m3/s. Furthermore, the pond wiith 2.5 mx 2.5 m x 275 m of width, depth and lenght respectively is designed to secture the area from excessive runoff.
