Abstract

Sistem pendidikan di Indonesia terdiri dari beberapa jenis seperti pendidikan umum, kejuruan, akademik, profesi, dan keagamaan. Penyelenggara pendidikan keagamaan di Indonesia identik dengan pondok pesantren. Pondok pesantren memiliki sistem pendidikan yang unik yakni sistem yang menggabungkan pendidikan umum sesuai kurikulum yang berlaku dengan sistem pendidikan agama sesuai dengan ciri masing-masing pesantren. Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Kwagean adalah salah satu pondok pesantren salafiyah terkemuka di Indonesia yang berlokasi di Kediri, Jawa Timur. Dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Kwagean menerapkan metode pembelajaran tradisional dengan metode sorogan dan bandongan. Memasuki era education 4.0, penggunaan teknologi dinilai dapat membantu proses pembelajaran agar berjalan lebih efektif. Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan yang semakin canggih tidak lantas menjadikan Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Kwagean beralih menggunakan teknologi. Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Kwagean masih tetap mempertahankan metode pembelajaran tradisional dan enggan untuk menggunakan teknologi. Namun demikian, mereka tidak kalah saing dengan lembaga pendidikan lain serta terus mengalami perkembangan dengan jumlah santri yang semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor resistansi terhadap penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran dilihat dari perspektif guru sebagai agen perubahan dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang digunakan berasal dari proses penyebaran kuesioner kepada guru pondok pesantren sebagai responden. Setelah mendapatkan data, peneliti akan menggunakan aplikasi NVivo untuk meneliti faktor-faktor resistansi guru terhadap teknologi. Faktor-faktor tersebut selanjutnya akan dikelompokkan menjadi kategori faktor resistansi teknologi bersadarkan kemiripan yang dimiliki oleh setiap faktor. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa faktor-faktor resistansi guru terhadap teknologi di Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Kwagean. Faktor resistansi yang paling berpengaruh adalah kebijakan pesantren yang tidak memperbolehkan membawa barang elektronik, fasilitas pendukung teknologi yang tidak memadai serta kurangnya kemampuan teknis guru untuk mengoperasikan teknologi.

Education systems in Indonesia consist of several types of education, such as general education, vocational, academic, professional, and religious education. The religious education provider in Indonesian is identical to the islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding school has a unique education system that combines general education according to the curriculum that applies to Indonesia with the religious education system in accordance with the characteristics of each islamic boarding school. Fathul Ulum Kwagean Islamic Boarding School is one of the leading salafiyah boarding schools in Indonesia located in Kediri, East Java. In conducting the teaching and learning process, Fathul Ulum Kwagean Islamic Boarding School implements the traditional learning methods with sorogan and bandongan methods. Nowadays in the 4.0 education era, technology is assessed to help the learning process to run more effectively. The development of education technology that increasingly sophisticated does not necessarily make Fathul Ulum Kwagean Islamic Boarding School switch using technology. Fathul Ulum Kwagean Islamic Boarding School still maintains their traditional learning methods and reluctant to use technology. However, they are not less competitive with other educational institutions and continue to develop with a growing number of students each year.
This study aims to find resistance factors against the use of technology as a supporting media for learning process judging from the teacher's perspective as an agent of change in education. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. The data used comes from the spreading the questionnaire to the teachers of boarding schools as respondents. After obtaining the data, the researcher will use NVivo software to examine the factors of the teacher's resistance to technology. These factors will then be grouped into categories of technological resistance factor-conscious similarities that are owned by the factor. This study's result was the teacher's resistance factor to the use of technology as a learning support in Fathul Ulum Kwagean Islamic Boarding School. The most substantial resistance factors are the pesantren policy that does not allow bringing electronic goods, inadequate technology support facilities, and teacher's lack of technical capabilities to operate technology.
