Abstract
Pada setiap pembangunan proyek agar berjalan dengan baik, maka harus terdapat manajemen perencanaan yang baik sejak awal. Salah satu cara dilakukan untuk membuat manajemen perencanaan awal yang baik adalah dengan menghitung rencana anggaran biaya ( RAB )
Untuk menyusun rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan maka diperlukan langkah yang pertama mengumpulkan data proyek selanjutnya mengurutkan pekerjaan setelah mengurutkan pekerjaan maka menentukan metode pelaksanaan, dari metode pelaksanaan maka bisa untuk menyusun analisa harga satuan, dari analisa harga satuan tersebut dapat diketahui produktivitas alat berat, tenaga kerja, dan kapasitas produksi pekerjaan, sedangkan kapasitas produksi pekerjaan dapat menentukan durasi pekerjaan. Hasil perhitungan perkiraan biaya proyek ini adalah Rp 75.882.267.925 dengan rencana waktu penyelesaian 141 hari.

The result of calculating the cost estimate for this project is Rp 75.882.267.925 with a planned completion time 141 days.
