Abstract

Sebagai kota besar, DKI Jakarta banyak mengalami permasalahan, mulai dari pertumbuhan yang tinggi, kesenjangan sosial, hingga kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang pembangunan. Kemacetan termasuk salah satu masalah yang harus segera diselesaikan di DKI Jakarta. Kebutuhan akan transportasi umum di Kota Jakarta menuntut pemerintah untuk mengembangkan sistem transportasi masal yang cepat, aman dan murah. Pembangunan angkutan cepat terpadu atau Mass Rapid Transit (Moda Raya Terpadu) merupakan solusi yang dipilih untuk menangani kemacetan di DKI Jakarta. Beberapa struktur bangunan pada MRT ini berupa struktur bawah tanah, yaitu berupa terowongan persegi dan terowongan lingkaran. Struktur bawah tanah bersifat unik dan berbeda bila dibandingkan dengan struktur yang berada di atas tanah terkait dengan beban dan kondisi seismiknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada struktur Stasiun MRT Senayan yang merupakan struktur terowongan persegi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis keruntuhan dan mengetahui gaya gaya yang menekan struktur tunnel saat pekerjaan pengeboran tunnel MRT dilakukan. Deformasi di sekitar struktur tunnel dan pada struktur tunnel pun ditinjau saat pelaksanaan tahap konstruksi dilakukan. Begitu pula settlement dan gaya uplift akibat pengeboran saat proyek berlangsung.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data milik kontraktor, perhitungan beban-beban yang bekerja, penentuan kondisi batas, dan analisis struktur tanah. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan program bantu Plaxis untuk mendapatkan gaya-gaya dalam pada elemen tanah dan perhitungan stabilitas terowongan menggunakan metode anilisa batas. Untuk CP 105 terdapat empat section, section yang ditinjau penulis untuk proyek akhir ini adalah MRT CP 105 – 4.

As a big city, DKI Jakarta experiences many problems, ranging from high growth, social inequality, to the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support development. Congestion is one of the problems that must be resolved immediately in DKI Jakarta. The need for public transportation in the city of Jakarta requires the government to develop a mass transportation system that is fast, safe and inexpensive. The development of integrated rapid transit or Mass Rapid Transit (Moda Raya Integrated) is the solution chosen to deal with congestion in DKI Jakarta. Some of the building structures in the MRT are underground structures, which are square and circular tunnels. Underground structures are unique and different when compared to structures above the ground related to their seismic loads and conditions. This research was conducted at the Senayan MRT Station structure which is a square tunnel structure. This study aims to analyze the collapse and determine the forces that suppress the tunnel structure when the MRT tunnel drilling work is carried out. Deformation around the tunnel structure and on the tunnel structure is also reviewed when the construction phase is carried out. Likewise, settlement and uplift force due to drilling during the project.
The study was conducted by collecting contractor's data, calculating work loads, determining boundary conditions, and analyzing soil structure. The analysis was performed using the Plaxis assist program to obtain internal forces on the soil elements and the calculation of tunnel stability using the boundary analysis method. For CP 105 there are four sections, the section reviewed by the author for this final project is the CP 105 MRT.
