Abstract

Banyaknya ketidakpastian dalam suatu proyek konstruksi dapat
mengakibatkan munculnya berbagai macam risiko,termasuk di
dalamnyakecelakaankerja.Risiko merupakan efek kumulasi peluang
dari kejadian yang tidak pasti yang dapat mempengaruhi tujuan dan
sasaran proyek.
Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkuantifikasi risiko
kecelakaan kerja menggunakan metode APMM (Accident Potential
Measurement Method). APMM (Accident Potential Measurement
Method) merupakan gabungan dari metode Failure Tree Analysis
(FTA) dan Task Demand Assessment (TDA). Identifikasi dengan
menggunakan metode Failure Tree Analysis (FTA) dimulai studi
literatur dan survey pendahuluan. Responden penelitian ini adalah
Project Manager, Site Engineeering, Site Manager, dan Staff
lapangan yang menangani Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Dormitory
5 Lantai. Dari FTA akan diketahui faktor – faktor dan juga
kombinasi penyebab yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya potensi
kecelakaan yang berasal dari perilaku para pekerja berdasarkan
karakteristik kegiatan proyek dan faktor ergonomi/perilaku kerja.
Dengan mengunakan Task Demand Assessment (TDA) akan
diidentifikasi faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya potensi risiko kecelakaan yang diidentifikasi dan ditinjau berdasarkan
karakteristik kegiatan proyekdan faktor ergonomi/perilaku dari para
pekerja dengan menggunakan metode (FTA) Fault Tree Analysis. Untuk studi kasus digunakan proyek pembangunan dormitory 5
lantai akademi teknik keselamatan dan penerbangan (ATKP)
Surabaya.
Berdasarkandaripenelitianhasil yang
didapatadalahnilaidaripotensirisiko yang dominan yang
mungkinterjadipadaproyek pembangunan dormitory 5 lantai
akademi teknik keselamatan dan penerbangan (ATKP) Surabaya, yaituterluka saat bekisting
ambrukpadapekerjaanbekistingsebesar 21,80, terjatuh pada
saat pengecoranpadapekerjaanpengecoransebesar
21,80,terjatuh dari ketinggian pada pekerjaan pemasangan
dinding batu bata dan plesteran sebesar
18,00,terjatuh/terpelesetdariketinggianpadapekerjaanpengecatanekst
eriorsebesar
18,60,danterjatuhkarenakehilangankeseimbanganpadapekerjaanatap
polycarbonatesebesar
17,00.Risikokecelakaankerjaberpotensitinggidapatdiperkirakanterjad
ipadasaatdurasipekerjaanmencapai 70% - 100% padapelaksanaanproyekpembangunan dormitory 5 lantai akademi
teknik keselamatan dan penerbangan (ATKP) Surabaya.

Many uncertainties in a construction project may result in the
emergence of a wide range of risk included work accident
within it. The risk is the effect the accumulation of chances of
these events were uncertain that could affect the purpose and
objective of the project. This research aims to quantify the risk of work accidents APMM
method (Accident Potential Measurement Method). APMM
(Accident Potential Measurement Method) is a combination of
Failure Tree Analysis (FTA) methodand Task Demand Assessment
(TDA)method. Risk identification by using Failure Tree Analysis
(FTA) method.Beginning with the study of literature and
preliminarysurvey. The respondents of the research is Project
Manager, Site Engineeering, Site Manager, andfield staff who
worked on the project construction of dormitory 5 floors. Of
the FTA will be known the factors and the combination that
can causes occurrence of the accident potential derived from
the behavior of workers based on the characteristics of the
activities of the project factors and ergonomics/work behavior
of workers. By using Task Demand Assessment (TDA)

method,will be indentifying the factors which causethe occurrence
of risk potential andWill be reviewed based on characteristic of
the projects activitiesandergonomic factors / behavior of the
workers by using (FTA) Fault Tree Analysis method. Cases used
to study the project dormitory 5 floors atakademi teknik
keselamatan dan penerbangan (ATKP) Surabaya.
Based on the results obtained from the study was the value of
the potential risks of which may happen to the dormitory
building project 5 floorsat akademi teknik keselamatan dan
penerbangan (ATKP) Surabaya, the wounded when the
formwork collapsed on the job of formworkas much as 21,80,
fall at the time of concrete casting on the job of concrete
casting as much as 21,80,Fall down from a height upon the
work of the installation of bricks and plastering of a wall as
much as 18,00,Fell / slipped from a height upon the exterior of
the job of painting as much as 18,60,Losing his balance and
fell on the job for apolycarbonate roof as much as 17,00.The risk
of potentially higher work accident can be expected to occur
during the duration of the work achieved 70% - 100% on the
Construction project in the dormitory 5th floorat akademi teknik
keselamatan dan penerbangan (ATKP) Surabaya.
