Abstract

Infrastruktur merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi suatu daerah, salah satunya adalah jalan tol karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap arus perpindahan barang dan jasa, akan tetapi seringkali jalan tol yang merupakan jalan bebas hambatan untuk mempercepat waktu tempuh tidak sesuai dengan tujuannya. Hal ini terjadi karena terjadinya penumpukan antrian pada gerbang tol, sehingga diperlukan perencanaan gerbang tol yang optimal.
Pada tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai “perencanaan gerbang tol Jakarta-Cikampek II Selatan” yang menggunakan metode Multi Channel Single Phase sebagai struktur dasar proses antrian dengan disiplin antrian First In First Out (FIFO). Pada tugas akhir ini perencanaan gerbang tol merencanakan gerbang tol untuk tahun 2020, 2025, 2030 dengan mempertimbangkan gardu tol otomatis dan gardu tol on board.
Pada pengerjaan tugas akhir ini dimulai dari tahap pengumpulan data, studi literatur, matriks asal tujuan, distribusi kedatangan kendaraan, analisis waktu pelayanan gerbang tol, intensitas kedatangan, dan jumlah antrian. Dari hasil perencanaan ini didapatkan jumlah kendaraan rencana yang melewati gerbang tol, jumlah gardu tol yang dibutuhkan, dan jumlah antrian pada gerbang tol. Desain dilakukan dengan mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Republik Indonesia Nomor 16/PRT/2014, Standar Konstruksi dan Bangunan Nomor 007/BM/2009. Data-data yang ada merupakan data sekunder.
Hasil dari perhitungan perencanaan gerbang tol Jakarta-Cikampek II Selatan pada tahun 2020 adalah untuk arah masuk dan keluar gerbang tol Jati Asih terdapat 5 GTO, 5 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Bantar Gebang terdapat 8 GTO, 9 GTO Khusus Gol I , dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Setu 7 GTO, 8 GTO Khusus Gol I , dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Sukaragam 8 GTO, 9 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Taman Mekar 8 GTO, 9 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Kutanegara 6 GTO, 6 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Sadang 2 GTO, 3 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Pada tahun 2025 gerbang tol Jati Asih terdapat 6 GTO, 7 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Bantar Gebang terdapat 9 GTO, 10 GTO Khusus Gol I , dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Setu 8 GTO, 9 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Sukaragam 9 GTO, 10 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Taman Mekar 9 GTO, 10 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Kutanegara 7 GTO, 9 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Gerbang tol Sadang 3 GTO, 3 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Pada tahun 2030 gerbang tol Jati Asih terdapat 6 GTO, 7 GTO Khusus Gol I, dan 1 Gardu Tol OBU. Infrastructure is one of the important aspects in the economic development of a region, one of which is the toll road because it is very influential in the flow of goods and services, but often the toll road that is a freeway to accelerate the travel time is not in accordance with the purpose. This happens because of the buildup of queues on the tollgates, so optimal toll gate planning is required.
This final project discusses the "Planning of the South Jakarta-Cikampek II toll Gate" which uses the Multi-Channel Single Phase method as the basic structure of the multidisciplinary queue by First In First Out (FIFO) queue. In this final assignment planning toll gates planned a tollgate for the years 2020, 2025, 2030 taking into consideration the automatic toll booths and toll booths on board.
This final project starts from the stage of data collection and literature study, the origin-destination matrix, the vehicle arrival distribution, the analysis of the toll gate service time, arrival intensity, the number of queues. The results of this planning are obtained by the number of vehicle plans that pass through tollgates, the number of toll booths required, and the number of queues at the toll gates. Design is done by referring to the regulation of the Kementrian PUPR number 16/PRT/2014, Construction and building standards number 007/BM/2009. The data is secondary data.
The result of south Jakarta-Cikampek II toll gate planning in 2020 are 5 GTO, 5 class I type GTO, and 1 OBU toll booths for entering and exiting from Jati Asih. 8 GTO, 9 class I type GTO, and 1 OBU toll booths for entering and exiting from Bantar Gebang. 7 GTO, 8 class I type GTO, and 1 OBU toll booths for entering and exiting from Setu. 8 GTO, 9 class I type GTO, and 1 OBU toll booths for entering and exiting from Sukaragam. 8 GTO, 9 class I type GTO, and 1 OBU toll booths for entering and exiting from Taman Mekar. 6 GTO, 6 class I type GTO, and 1 OBU toll booths for entering and exiting from Kutanegara. 2 GTO, 3 class I type GTO, and 1 OBU toll booths for entering and exiting from Sadang.
