Abstract

Pemeliharaan jaringan transmisi adalah suatu usaha atau kegiatan terpadu yang dilakukan terhadap instalasi dan sarana pendukungnya, untuk mencegah kerusakan atau memulihkan instalasi dan sarananya kepada keadaan yang layak, sehingga kontinuitas penyaluran tenaga listrik dapat terjamin. Untuk mewujudkan misi dan tugas yang diemban oleh PT. PLN (Persero), kegiatan pemeliharaan sangatlah penting sebagai wujud dari pengelolaan aset transmisi. Ketersediaan komponen cadangan sangat penting untuk kegiatan penggantian komponen, terutama untuk komponen transformator. Jika tidak terdapat transformator spare, kapasitas PLN untuk menyalurkan tenaga listrik dari pembangkit akan menurun sehingga menyebabkan biaya akibat downtime dan losses yang tinggi. Namun jika menyediakan transformator yang terlalu banyak, maka biaya investasi akan semakin tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan jumlah optimal current transformer cadangan 150kV yang dibutuhkan pada PT. PLN Unit Pelaksana Transmisi Surabaya. Expected cost of downtime dan cost of N spare current transformer memiliki nilai yang berbanding terbalik. Semakin sedikit persediaan current transformer, akan semakin tinggi nilai expected cost of downtime. Namun, semakin banyak persediaan current transformer maka akan semakin besar nilai cost of spare N current transformer. Sehingga ditemukan nilai total cost yang paling minimum adalah sebesar Rp. 880.463.836. Dimana jumlah current transformer yang paling optimal sebanyak 3 buah. Jumlah tersebut dipilih karena menghasilkan total cost yang paling minimum. ====================================================================================================
Maintenance of transmission networks is an integrated business to prevent damage or to repair the installation and its facilities to a proper condition, so that the continuity of the distribution of electricity can be guaranteed. To realize the mission and duties carried out by PT. PLN (Persero), maintenance activities are very important in the management of transmission assets. Spare components are very important for component replacement activities, especially for transformer components. If there is no transformer backup, PLN's capacity to supply electricity from the plant will decrease, causing high downtime and losses. However, if PT. PLN (Persero) provide too many transformers, the investment costs will be even higher. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal number of 150kV backup current transformers required at PT. PLN Surabaya Transmission Implementing Unit. Estimated cost of downtime and cost of N backup current transformers have inversely proportional values. The less current transformer supplies, the higher the expected downtime cost. However, the more current transformer supplies, the greater the cost value of the reserve N current transformer. So that it is found that the minimum total cost value is Rp. 880,463,836. Where the optimal number of current transformers is 3 pieces. This amount was chosen because it produces the minimum total cost.
