Abstract

================================================================================================
As a historical area, the Kajoetangan Heritage Tourism Village area is the
center of economic activity during the Dutch colonial era, which until now, the
atmosphere of the past with typical Dutch colonialism is still a strong impression
because it leaves many memories of the Dutch colonial era such as household
furniture, historic tombs and buildings. with the original Dutch architectural style.
This village has become an icon of the Kampung Heritage in Malang Raya, which
is located in the center of Malang City, which has the main problem of changing
the function and meaning of the village, from a village with a low-accessibility
residential function to a tourist village with an open concept for tourists, this has an
impact on the community's adaptation process. Kampung Kajoetangan which is
required to be able to face unwanted situations and be able to survive difficult
situations.
It is necessary to study what factors can increase the resilience (resilience)
of the community in facing the development of the Kajoetangan Heritage Tourism
Village, but first look at the attachment between the community and their place of
residence. This study used a questionnaire with validity and reliability tests, then
used descriptive statistical analysis and exploratory factor analysis.
The results showed that community attachments were formed because they
had lived in their village for a long time, which indirectly formed their identity and
sense of dependence. However, the direction for development to become a tourist
village disturbed the resilience of some of the community and others felt that the
direction was an opportunity. Thus, factors were formed to increase the resilience
of the Kajoetangan Heritage Tourism Village community.
