Abstract

Dana pendidikan menjadi salah satu faktor penunjang berlangsungnya pendidikan yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan. . Dalam mengelola biaya pendidikan diperlukan prinsip akuntabilitas, transparansi, efektivitas, dan efisiensi. Pemanfaatan teknologi sistem informasi dapat meningkatkan penerapan empat prinsip tersebut.
Saat ini pemanfaatan sistem informasi untuk menigkatkan transparansi dalam sektor manajemen keungan publik sudah banyak dilakukan. Hal ini dikarenakan infrastruktur dan kepemilikan perangkat mobile di Indonesia sudah memadai. Namun penggunaan autentikasi untuk persetujuan anggaran dana masih manual yaitu menggunakan tanda tangan di kertas yang kemudian di upload ke aplikasi website.
Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah, penggunaan pengenalan wajah dapat dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu penulis mengusulkan Sistem Informasi Keuangan Sekolah (SIPKS) dengan Face Recognition Menggunakan OpenCV. Dalam tugas akhir ini, menggunakan metode Transfer Learning MobileNet.

Education funds are an indispensable factor in supporting
education. In managing education costs, the principles of
accountability, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency are
needed. The use of information system technology can improve the
application of these four principles.
Currently, the use of information systems to increase
transparency in the public financial management sector has been
widely used. This is because the infrastructure and ownership of
mobile devices in Indonesia are adequate. However, the use of
authentication for funding budget approval is still manual, namely
using a signature on a paper which is then uploaded to the website
application.
To increase efficiency and accountability in school
financial management, the use of facial recognition can be
developed. Therefore the authors propose a School Financial
Information System (SIPKS) with Face Recognition Using
OpenCV. In this final project, using the Transfer Learning
MobileNet method.
