Abstract

Proyek akhir ini membahas perhitungan waktu, biaya, dan pelaksanaan pembangunan gedung Prasarana Pendidikan Profesi Guru UNESA Surabaya. Gedung ini terletak di Jl. Lidah Wetan, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Gedung ini memiliki 9 lantai dan lantai atap menggunakan dak beton dan atap baja.
Perhitungan biaya, waktu, dan pelaksanaan pada proyek ini dilakukan berdasarkan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan volume pekerjaan, produktivitas, durasi, biaya, dan penyusunan jadwal pekerjaan. Metode penjadwalan yang digunakan dalam penyusunan proyek akhir ini menggunakan Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) dan menggunakan program bantu berupa Microsoft Project untuk menghasilkan kurva S. Sehingga hasil akhir pada proyek akhir ini berupa metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan, durasi pelaksanaan pembangunan, biaya pelaksanaan, serta Kurva S.
Dari analisa perhitungan, didapatkan durasi pekerjaan selama 361 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 41.663.707.955,11.

This Final Project is discussing abaout time, cost, and construction implementation planning of Teacher Professional Education Building UNESA Surabaya. The building is located at Jl. Lidah Wetan, Surabaya, East Java. The building has 9 stories and the roof is using concrete and steel frame.
The calculation of time, cost, and construction implementation in this project was carried out based on the implementation method used. Then proceed with the calculation of work volume, productivity, duration, costs, and scheduling. The scheduling method used in this final project is using Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) and using software in the form of Microsoft Project to obtaining S curve. And the results of this final project are the implementation method of work, duration of construction implementation, implementation cost, and S curve.
From the calculation analysis, the work duration is obtained for 361 workday and the implementation costs is Rp 41.663.707.955,11.
