Abstract

Tugas akhir ini dirancang sebagai bangunan tahan gempa menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dengan perletakan Jepit/Rigid dan Interaksi Struktur Tanah (Soil Structure Interaction) dengan springs constant. Perencanaan bangunan Hotel Graha STC ini dilakukan di wilayah kota Surabaya yang termasuk kategori tanah lunak dengan menggunakan gempa analisis respons spektrum. Tujuan Perencanaan ini mencari perbandingan struktur yang efisien diantara kedua perletakan tersebut yaitu untuk mengetahui perilaku pengaruh interaksi struktur tanah dan mengetahui rasio Momen (Mu) diantara kedua metode perletakan tersebut.
Hasil analisis perancangan permodelan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa interaksi struktur tanah mempengaruhi perilaku dan karakteristik struktur seperti periode struktur selisih 0,219612 detik dari jepit, perpindahan struktur selisih 20,77 % (sumbu X) 15,71 % (sumbu Y) dari jepit, dan gaya geser dasar 2 kali nya lebih besar dari jepit. Selain itu juga terdapat hasil rasio momen (Mu) dan rasio gaya aksial dan momen (Pu/Mu) diantara keduanya yaitu Secara keseluruhan portal melintang model jepit bagian momen balok (Mu) 6,00187 % lebih besar dari SSI sedangkan model SSI bagian gaya aksial dan momen kolom (Pu/Mu) 28,63 % (Arah gempa X) lebih besar dari jepit dan secara keseluruhan portal memanjang model SSI bagian momen balok (Mu) 9,808 % lebih besar dari jepit sedangkan model jepit bagian gaya aksial dan momen kolom (Pu/Mu) 9,988 % (Arah gempa Y) lebih besar dari SSI.
Hasil nilai perhitungan dari Kontrol dinamis dan rasio momen yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa permodelan Interaksi Struktur Tanah yang menggunakan Springs memiliki tingkat kompleksitas yang relatif tinggi.

This final project is designed as an earthquake resistant building using a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) with rigid positioning and soil structure interaction with constant springs. The building planning of the Graha STC Hotel was carried out in the Surabaya city area which is included in the soft soil category using earthquake response spectrum analysis. The purpose of this planning is to find an efficient structural comparison between the two placement methods, namely to determine the influence of soil structure interaction behavior and to determine the moment ratio (Mu) between the two positioning methods.
The results of the modeling design analysis concluded that the interaction of the soil structure affects the behavior and characteristics of the structure such as the structure period with a difference 0f 0,219612 seconds from the fixation, the displacement of the structure with a difference of 20,77 % (X axis) 15,71 % (Y axis) of the clamp, and the force base slide 2 times bigger than the pinch. In addition, there are also the results of the moment ration (Mu) and the ratio of axial force and moment (Pu/Mu) between the two namely overall the transverse portal of the clamped beam moment (Mu) is 6,00187 % greater than SSI while the SSI model is part of the axial force and column moment (Pu/Mu) are 28,63 % (earthquake direction X) greater than clamp and overall the longitudinal portal SSI model beam moment (Mu) is 9,808 % greater than clamp while the clamp model axial force section and column moment (Pu/Mu) is 9,988 % (earthquake direction Y) greater than SSI.
The results of the calculated value of dynamic control and moment ratio that have been carried out, it can be said that the soil structure interaction modeling using springs has a relatively high level of complexity.
