Abstract

Pegawai Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa dituntut untuk lebih teliti untuk mengerjakan tugas administrasi, setiap tugasnya terdapat deadline yang pendek sehingga mewajibkan seluruh pegawai Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa mengumpulkan dengan segera. Masalah yang terjadi di Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Kota Surabaya ketika job stressor mengalami peningkatan dan resilience mengalami penurunan maka produktivitas kinerja pegawai akan turun, hal tersebut akan berpengaruh pada fungsi dan tugas Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Sampel penelitian menggunakan seluruh pegawai di Unit Kerja Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Kota Surabaya yang berjumlah 106 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online kepada seluruh populasi penelitian. Data penelitian yang telah terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS dan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar membuat peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan mengurangi stressor yang ada serta beradaptasi dengan keadaan sulit sekalipun. Untuk mengatasi segala hal permasalahan maka setiap pegawai harus bisa menjadi resilience yaitu dapat bangkit, mampu untuk bertahan, dan memperbaiki kekecewaan yang dihadapinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat selalu meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja pegawai dengan dapat menaikkan tingkat resilience dan menurunkan tingkat job stressor yang dialami. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa resilience memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kinerja pegawai, resilience memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap job stressor, dan job stressor tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap prodiktivitas kinerja pegawai.

Employees of the Goods/Services Procurement Unit are required to be more thorough in carrying out administrative tasks, each task has a short deadline so that all employees of the Goods/Services Procurement Unit must collect it immediately. Problems that occur in the Surabaya City Government Goods/Services Procurement Unit when job stressors increase and resilience decreases, employee performance productivity will decrease, this will affect the functions and tasks of the Goods/Services Procurement Work Unit. The research method used is quantitative with the type of causal research. The research sample used all employees in the Surabaya City Government Goods/Services Procurement Unit, amounting to 106 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online to the entire study population. The research data that has been collected is processed using SPSS software and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The purpose of this study is to improve employee performance and reduce existing stressors and adapt to even difficult circumstances. To overcome all problems, every employee must be able to become resilient, that is, be able to rise, be able to survive, and fix the disappointments they face. The results of this study are expected to always increase the productivity of employee performance by increasing the level of resilience and reducing the level of job stressors experienced. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that resilience has a positive effect on employee performance productivity, resilience has a negative effect on job stressors, and job stressors do not affect employee performance productivity.
