Abstract

PT Petrokimia Gresik merupakan anak perusahaan PT Pupuk Indonesia yang menyediakan produk untuk solusi agroindustri. PT Petrokimia Gresik dalam melakukan proses bisnisnya menggunakan pelabuhan bongkar muat sendiri, Terminal Untuk Kepentingan Sendiri (TUKS) Petrokimia Gresik. Salah satu peralatan yang digunakan untuk bongkar muat adalah Continuous Ship Unloader (CSU) yang khusus menangani jenis muatan curah. Peralatan CSU ini beroperasi selama 24 jam tanpa henti untuk melakukan kegiatan bongkar muat dan memiliki kemampuan rata-rata kecepatan bongkar 8000 ton/hari. Sistem perawatan yang dilakukan adalah preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance tanpa memperhatikan faktor keandalan dari peralatan. Mengingat peran CSU yang sangat penting dalam kelancaran proses bisnis di PT Petrokimia Gresik tersebut diperlukan kegiatan maintenance yang tepat. Reliability Centered Maintenance atau juga sering disebut RCM adalah suatu strategi perawatan yang berfokus untuk mempertahankan fungsi dari suatu peralatan atau aset dengan menggunakan metode terstruktur dan sistematis dalam menganalisa fungsi dan kegagalan. Pada penelitian ini, perencanaan dilakukan dalam 2 analisis yaitu analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan bantuan Software Reliasoft Weibull++6 untuk mengetahui nilai keandalan yang digunakan sebagai acuan interval perawatan dari setiap sistem. Metode FMEA atau failure mode and effect analysis digunakan untuk kemudian disusun dalam RCM decision worksheet sebagai analisa kualitatif. Dari hasil Analisa kualitatif diperoleh kegiatan maintenance berdasarkan identifikasi failure mode yang timbul dari setiap komponen sistem. Dari analisis kuantitatif yang telah dilakukan diperoleh interval perawatan dengan memperhatikan kondisi keandalan dari peralatan agar terjaga diatas 0.6 adalah 3119 jam untuk sistem inlet feeder dan 3709 jam untuk vertical conveyor. Analisis kualitatif mengidentifikasi terdapat 32 failure mode pada sistem inlet feeder dan vertical conveyor. 4 failure mode dapat ditangani dengan scheduled restoration task dan 28 failure mode dengan scheduled on condition task.

PT Petrokimia Gresik is a subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia which provides products for agro-industrial solutions. PT Petrokimia Gresik in carrying out its business processes uses its own loading and unloading port, the Petrokimia Gresik Terminal for Self Interest (TUKS). One of the equipment used for loading and unloading is the Continuous Ship Unloader (CSU) which specifically handles bulk cargo types. This CSU equipment operates 24 hours non-stop to carry out loading and unloading activities and has an average loading speed of 8000 tons/day. The maintenance system carried out is preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance without regard to the reliability factor of the equipment. Given the very important role of CSU in smooth business processes at PT Petrokimia Gresik, proper maintenance activities are needed. Reliability Centered Maintenance or also often called RCM is a maintenance strategy that focuses on maintaining the function of an equipment or asset by using structured and systematic methods in analyzing functions and failures. In this study, planning is carried out in 2 analyzes, namely quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis was carried out with the help of Reliasoft Weibull++6 software to determine the reliability value used as a reference for the maintenance interval of each system. FMEA method or failure mode and effect analysis is used and then compiled in the RCM decision worksheet as a qualitative analysis. From the results of the qualitative analysis, maintenance activities are obtained based on the identification of failure modes that arise from each system component. From the quantitative analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that the maintenance interval by taking into account the condition of the reliability of the equipment to be maintained above 0.6 is 3119 hours for the inlet feeder system and 3709 hours for the vertical conveyor. Qualitative analysis identified 32 failure modes in the inlet feeder and vertical conveyor systems. 4 failure modes can be handled with a scheduled restoration task and 28 failure modes with a scheduled on condition task.
