Abstract

Nanoselulosa merupakan material penting yang berpengaruh pada material akustik karena sifatnya yang berpori.Disisi lain, silicone rubber memiliki pori banyak namun densitas yang sangat rendah. Maka dibutuhkan filler yang memiliki densitas yang lebih tinggi yaitu nanoselulosa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penambahan nanoselulosa terhadap sifat fisik dan morfologi dari komposit. Karakterisasi yang dilakukan meliputi pengujian Digital Microscope, pengujian X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), dan pengujian densitas. Variabel yang digunakan adalah penambahan dari nanoselulosa sebesar 1% wt, 3% wt, dan 6% wt, juga penambahan Barium Heksaferit sebesar 20 %.Hasil pengujian XRD menunjukkan adanya barium heksaferit menurut code ref. 00-039-1433. Hasil analisis pada sifat morfologi menunjukkan semakin banyak filler yang ditambahkan membuat material komposit memiliki pori yang semakin sedikit dan berukuran kecil. Sedangkan pada sifat fisik material dapat dilihat
dari hasil densitas dimana hasil pengujian densitas terbesar pada material komposit silicone rubber dengan filler 6% nanoselulosa dan 20% barium heksaferit sebesar 1,2029 gram/cm3 .

Nanocellulose is an important material that affects acoustic materials because of its porous nature. On the other hand, silicone rubber has many pores but very low density. So it takes nanocellulose filler which has a higher density. This study aims to analyze the addition of nanocellulose to the physical and morphological properties of the composite. The characterization carried out includes Digital Microscope testing, X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) testing, and Density testing. The variables used were the addition of 1% wt nanocellulose, 3% wt, and 6% wt, also the addition of Barium Hexaferrite by 20%. The XRD test results showed the presence of barium hexaferrite according to code ref. 00-039-1433. The results of the analysis on morphological properties show that the more filler added, the more the composite material has fewer and smaller pores.Tthe physical properties of the material can be seen from the density results where the results of the largest density is the sample with the addition of 6% nanocellulose and 20% barium hexaferrite filler worth 1.2029 gram/cm3.
