Abstract

During new normal era of Covid-19 pandemic, the mobility in Indonesia still operating as usual and it is dominated by the air transportation. Indonesia Ministry of Health intends to monitor the health condition of travelers by provide a form in an application namely eHAC Indonesia. It was established in April 2020 and receives several critical reviews from the users. Based on this condition, it is necessary to evaluate the user acceptance of Indonesia citizen on eHAC Indonesia using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The User Experience (UX) criteria such as efficiency, dependability, perspicuity, novelty, stimulation, and output quality are become the additional variables of TAM. In this research, the extended UX TAM is being developed and involves the e-health aspect as external variables, those are reliability, satisfaction, and future use. There are 13 hypothesizes determined in the model. The data is collected using online questionnaire with minimum sample size of 50 respondents and in this research, there are 133 respondents. The analysis is done by implementing Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Six out of 13 hypothesizes are being supported. In UX criteria, the most significant variables in user acceptance are Efficiency, Novelty, Perspicuity, and Satisfaction. This research offers recommendations for improvement of eHAC Indonesia and another e-health.
