Abstract

Bangunan gedung Apartemen Tamansari Prospero Tower Beatus Sidoarjo terdiri dari 32 lantai dengan tinggi bangunan 91,15 meter. Gedung ini direncanakan menggunakan sistem ganda yang mengacu pada peraturan SNI 1726 2012. Seiring dengan keluarnya peraturan gempa terbaru yakni SNI 1726 2019, maka terdapat peningkatan gaya gempa dan dibutuhkan evaluasi kembali. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, gedung ini memiliki simpangan antar lantai yang tidak memenuhi dari simpangan ijin. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibutuhkan adanya perkuatan struktur menggunakan Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) dan Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). Perkuatan tersebut dipilih karena penggunaan dan penempatannya yang lebih fleksibel serta dapat mereduksi gaya gempa yang dialami bangunan.
Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu pada peraturan terbaru yang berlaku. Proses perhitungan struktur meliputi analisa pembebanan, permodelan struktur eksisting, permodelan perkuatan struktur eksisting dengan FVD, analisa gaya dalam, perhitungan kapasitas struktur eksisting, evaluasi kapasitas struktur eksisting, perhitungan perkuatan struktur dengan CFRP, perhitungan sambungan, dan hasilnya dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar teknik.
Proyek akhir ini menggunakan FVD dengan tipe FVD-H-500-150 produk dari ITT Infrastructure dan CFRP untuk perkuatan lentur menggunakan CFRP Carbodur BC-10 Rods sedangkan untuk perkuatan geser menggunakan CFRP Wrap 231-C produk dari SIKA. Setelah perkuatan dilakukan, Gedung ini direncanakan pemasangan Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) sebanyak 137 buah dan dipasang secara diagonal menggunakan bracing dengan profil PSB bulat pada sumbu arah x. Sedangkan, pemasangan perkuatan lentur dipasang pada balok tipe G6 dan perkuatan geser dipasang pada balok tipe G15. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dari perkuatan strutur ini, bangunan mengalami reduksi terhadap gaya geser dasar gempa, simpangan total bangunan, dan periode bangunan. Maka, dengan adanya FVD dan CFRP ini dapat membuat gedung menjadi lebih tahan gempa terhadap peraturan gempa terbaru dan tetap mempertahankan struktur eksisting bangunan.

The Tamansari Prospero Tower Beatus Apartment building in Sidoarjo consists of 32 floors with a building height of 91,15 meters. This building is planned to use a dual system that refers to the 2012 SNI 1726 regulation. Along with the issuance of the latest earthquake regulation, SNI 1726 2019, there is an increase in earthquake forces and re-evaluation is needed. Based on the evaluation results, this building has a deviation between floors that does not meet the permit deviation. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to strengthen the structure using Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). The strenghthening was chosen because its use and placement is more flexible and can reduce the earthquake forces experienced by the building.
Calculation of structures and earthquakes refers to the latest applicable regulations. The structural calculation process includes load analysis, modeling of existing structures, modeling of existing structural strenghthening with FVD, internal force analysis, calculation of existing capacities, evaluation of existing capacities, calculation strenghthening of existing structures with CFRP, connection calculations, and the results are in the form of technical drawings.
This final project uses FVD type FVD-H-500-150 products from ITT Infrastructure and CFRP for flexural strenghthening using CFRP Carbodur BC-10 Rods while for shear strenghthening using CFRP Wrap 231-C products from SIKA. After the strenghthening is done, it is planned to install 137 Fluid Viscous Dampers (FVD) and installed diagonally using bracing with a round PSB profile on the x-direction axis. Meanwhile, the installation of flexural strenghthening is installed on the beam type G6 and the shear strenghthening is installed on the beam type G15. Based on the results of the analysis of this structural strenghthening, the building experienced a reduction in the basic earthquake shear force, the total deviation of the building, and the period of the building. Thus, the presence of FVD and CFRP can make the building more earthquake resistant to the latest earthquake regulations and maintain the existing structure of the building.
