Abstract

Pada proyek akhir ini membahas mengenai evaluasi dan desain perkuatan struktur gedung sekolah di Surabaya akibat penambahan jumlah lantai. Gedung dibangun menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dengan metode cast in situ dan luas bangunan yaitu 10565,304 m2 yang terdiri dari 7 lantai dengan rincian 6 lantai serta 1 lantai atap beton. Gedung sudah didesain dengan SRPMK dan SNI 1726-2019 mengenai perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan nongedung. Gedung The Ahmad Dahlan Plaza Surabaya akan direncanakan dengan menambah 1 (satu) lantai dikarenakan kurangnya kapasitas kebutuhan ruang kelas. Penambahan lantai bangunan menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dengan skema denah sama dengan lantai bangunan eksisting.
Pada proses perhitungan desain perkuatan struktur ini dilakukan pemodelan bangunan awal gedung sekolah (kondisi eksisting) dengan penambahan jumlah lantai menggunakan program bantu SAP2000 v14.4, lalu akan dievaluasi menggunakan perhitungan manual dengan mengacu pada standar yang berlaku yaitu SNI 1727-2013 mengenai pembebanan untuk struktur gedung, SNI 1726-2019 mengenai tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan nongedung, serta SNI 2847-2019 tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung. Pada desain perkuatan struktur bangunan akan direncanakan menggunakan Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) yang sesuai dengan standarisasi ACI 440.2r-17 tentang pedoman untuk desain dan konstruksi sistem FRP luar untuk perkuatan struktur beton serta bracing baja yang sesuai dengan SNI 1729-2015 mengenai spesifikasi untuk bangunan gedung baja struktural serta referensi lain terkait dengan desain perkuatan tersebut. Setelah perhitungan terselesaikan akan dibuat gambar kerja menggunakan program bantu AutoCAD beserta Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang mengacu pada Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan kota Surabaya terbaru dan Metode Pelaksanaan Pemasangan Perkuatan Bangunan.
Setelah dilakukan analisa dan perhitungan akibat penambahan jumlah lantai bangunan terdapat elemen balok yang membutuhkan perkuatan lentur yang menggunakan CFRP Sika CarboDur BC10 maupun geser yang menggunakan CFRP Sika Wrap -301c dan juga elemen kolom yang menggunakan CFRP Sika Wrap -301c agar kapasitas masing-masing elemen bertambah. Perkuatan bangunan menggunakan bracing baja yang menggunakan PSB mutu BJ-50 dengan sambungan baut mutu A325 dipasang pada sisi-sisi luar bangunan karena bangunan mengalami gagal terhadap simpangan yang terjadi. Total rencana anggaran biaya perkuatan sebesar Rp. 2.752.849.000,00 dengan durasi pelaksanaan selama 49,14 hari kerja.

This final project discusses the evaluation and design of school building structural reinforcement in Surabaya due to the addition of the number of floors. The building was built using a reinforced concrete structure with the cast in situ method and the building area is 10565,304 m2 consisting of 7 floors with details of 6 floors and 1 floor of a concrete roof. The building has been designed with SRPMK and SNI 1726-2019 regarding earthquake resistance planning for building and non-building structures. The Ahmad Dahlan Plaza Surabaya building will be planned to add 1 (one) floor due to the lack of capacity for classroom needs. The addition of the building floor uses a reinforced concrete structure with the same floor plan as the existing building floor.
In the process of calculating the design of this structural reinforcement, the initial building model of the school building (existing condition) is carried out with the addition of the number of floors using the SAP2000 v14.4 auxiliary program, then it will be evaluated using manual calculations with reference to the applicable standard, namely SNI 1727-2013 regarding loading for structures. buildings, SNI 1726-2019 regarding procedures for planning earthquake resistance for building and non-building structures, and SNI 2847-2019 regarding structural concrete requirements for buildings. In the design of building structural reinforcement, it will be planned to use Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) in accordance with the ACI 440.2r-17 standard regarding guidelines for the design and construction of external FRP systems for strengthening concrete structures and steel bracing in accordance with SNI 1729-2015 regarding specifications for structural steel buildings and other references related to the retrofitting design. After the calculation is completed, a working drawing will be made using the AutoCAD program along with a Budget Plan (RAB) which refers to the latest Surabaya City Basic Unit Price and the Implementation Method of Building Reinforcement Installation.
After analyzing and calculating due to the addition of the building floor, there are beam elements that require flexural reinforcement using CFRP Sika CarboDur BC10 and shear using CFRP Sika Wrap -301c and also column elements using CFRP Sika Wrap -301c so that the capacity of each element increases . Building reinforcement using steel bracing using BJ-50 quality PSB with A325 quality bolt connections installed on the outer sides of the building because the building failed against the deviation that occurred. The total budget plan for retrofitting is Rp. 2.752.849.000,00 with a duration of 49,14 working days.
