Abstract

Pada Tugas Akhir Terapan ini studi kasus dilakukan pada gedung Hotel Premier Inn yang terletak di Surabaya. Gedung Hotel Premier Inn ini merupakan struktur beton bertulang yang terdiri gedung 9 lantai, 1 basement, dan 1 lantai atap deck beton. Untuk meningkatkan fasilitas hotel , atap deck beton tersebut akan dialih fungsikan menjadi skygarden. Peralihan fungsi ini disebabkan oleh sarana dan prasarana hotel yang kian memadai serta sangat menunjang sebagai tempat berlangsungnya acara-acara besar. Alih fungsi bangunan menyebabkan perubahan beban hidup dari 0,96 kN/m2 menjadi 4,79 kN/m2 (SNI 1727-2020).
Perubahan fungsi ruang akan mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan beban yang telah direncanakan pada tahap perencanaan konstruksi, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan perkuatan tambahan apabila elemen struktur tidak mampu menahan beban yang bekerja. Dalam Analisa ini akan mengacu pada beberapa peraturan terkait seperti : SNI 2847-2019 “Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Gedung”, SNI 1727-2020 “Beban Minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain”, dan SNI 1726-2019 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung”. Apabila setelah dievaluasi dan struktur tidak mampu menahan beban yang ditambahkan, maka dibutuhkan perkuatan pada elemen struktur yang tidak mampu menahan beban yang ditambahkan.
Perencanaan metode perkuatan struktur disesuaikan dengan hasil Analisa kekuatan struktur eksisting, diantaranya adalah Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), Komposit beton-beton (Concrete Jacketing), dan Komposit beton-baja (Steel Jacketing). Apabila terdapat elemen struktur yang mengalami kegagalan, maka akan didesain perkuatan struktur menggunakan perkuatan struktur yang sesuai.

In this Final Applied Task case study was conducted at the Premier Inn Hotel building located in Surabaya. Premier Inn Hotel building is a reinforced concrete structure consisting of a 9-story building,1 basement,and1 floor roof concrete deck. To improve the hotel facilities, the concrete deck roof will be converted into skygarden. The transition of this function is due to the hotel's increasingly adequate facilities and infrastructure and is very supportive asaplace formajor events. The transfer of building functions caused a change in living expenses from 0.96 kN/m2 to 4.79 kN/m2 (SNI 1727-2020).
Changes in the function of the space will result in a planned change in the load at the stage of construction planning, therefore additional evaluation and strengthening is needed if the structural elements are unable to withstand the working load. In this analysis will refer to several related regulations such as: SNI 2847-2019 "Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings", SNI 1727-2020 "Minimum Load for Building Design and Other Structures", and SNI 1726-2019 "Earthquake Resilience Planning Procedures for Building Structures and Non-Buildings". If after being evaluated and the structure is unable to withstand the added load, it requires strengthening of the structure element that is not able to withstand the added load.
Thedesign of the strengthening method of the structure is adjusted to the results of analysis of the strength of existing structures, including Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP),Concrete Jacketing,and Concrete-steel Composite (Steel Jacketing). If there are elements of the structure that have failed, it will be designed to strengthen the structure using the appropriate strengthening of the structure.
