Abstract

KSO PT. Bagus Karya-Aecom-Cogindo adalah sekumpulan perusahaan yang menangani beberapa pembangkit, salah satunya adalah PLTMG (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mesin Gas) Jayapura 40MW. Dewasa ini mesin yang digunakan dalam kegiatan produksi harus mampu beroperasi dengan optimal sehingga beban listrik Kota Jayapura dan sekitarnya dapat terpenuhi. Guna menjaga mesin produksi tetap bekerja dalam keadaan optimal, maka diperlukan perawatan secara berkala terhadap mesin produksi. Hal ini tentunya dapat mencegah terjadinya kerusakan terhadap kompartmen mesin yang tidak diinginkan.
Pada umumnya perawatan secara berkala ditentukan dari jam kerja maupun lamanya mesin beroperasi. Adapun pemeriksaan tahun pertama (First Year Inspection) yang dilakukan di PLTMG Jayapura 40MW. Pemeriksaan tahun pertama ini merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan setelah tahun pertama pembangkit resmi beroperasi. Pemeriksaan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan kompartmen pendukung jalannya mesin masih normal saat beroperasi. Pada proyek Akhir ini membahas pelaksanaan pengerjaan PM4000 dan FYI pada PLTMG Jayapura 40MW. Untuk kegiatan PM4000 sendiri dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap control and monitoring system. Sementara untuk kegiatan FYI dilakukan pengujian tahanan isolasi dan indeks polarisasi generator serta pengujian keamanan mesin.
Dengan metode PM4000 dan FYI ini diharapkan produksi mesin tetap optimal serta efisien. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan membuahkan hasil temuan bahwa vibrasi pada mesin mempengaruhi komponen elektrikal yang terpasang. Serta ditemukan beberapa komponen yang perlu perawatan pada instalasinya.

KSO PT. Bagus Karya-Aecom-Cogindo is a group of companies that handle several power plants, one of which is the Jayapura 40MW PLTMG (Gas Engine Power Plant). Today the machines used in production activities must be able to operate optimally so that the electrical load of Jayapura City and its surroundings can be met. In order to keep the production machine working in optimal condition, it is necessary to regularly maintain the production machine. This of course can prevent unwanted damage to the engine compartment.
In general, periodic maintenance is determined by working hours and the length of time the machine operates. The first year inspection was carried out at PLTMG Jayapura 40MW. This first year inspection is an activity carried out after the first year the power plant officially operates. This inspection aims to ensure that the engine support compartment is still normal when operating. This final project discusses the implementation of PM4000 and FYI work on PLTMG Jayapura 40MW. For PM4000 activities itself, an inspection of the control and monitoring system is carried out. Meanwhile for FYI activities, insulation resistance testing and generator polarization index were carried out as well as engine safety testing.
With the PM4000 and FYI methods, it is expected that machine production will remain optimal and efficient. From the activities carried out, it was found that the vibrations in the machine affected the electrical components that were installed. And found some components that need maintenance in the installation.
