Abstract

Penyusunan proyek akhir ini membahas tentang
perhitungan waktu dan biaya pada proyek pembangunan jalan
tol Krian – Legundi – Bunder - Manyar (disingkat jalan Tol
KLBM). Jalan Tol KLBM membentang sepanjang
38,39kilometer yang menghubungkan daerah Krian,
Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik,
Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pada tugas akhir ini batasan yang
digunakan adalah seksi 2 Sta.17+978 – Sta.18+318 dengan
panjang bentang 340,3 meter. Tol Elevated ini dibangun
dengan PCI Girder prestress 40,8 m’ dan girder non standard
50,8 m’, sedangkan lebar jalan adalah sepanjang 25.2 m’.
Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pada proyek pembangunan
jalan tol Krian – Legundi – Bunder - Manyar (KLBM) ini
menggunakan gambar proyek yang didapat dari PT. Waskita
Beton Precast (WBP) selaku kontraktor pelaksana seksi 2. Serta
perhitungan biaya pelaksanaan berdasarkan data analisa
dilapangan melalui survei harga, literatur/ brosur dan Harga
Satuan Pokok (HSPK) kota Surabaya tahun 2020.

Pada proyek ini waktu pelaksanaan didasarkan pada
perencanaan metode pelaksanaan, salah satunya adalah
metode pelaksanaan erection girder non standar bentang 50.8
m’ dengan crawler crane 250 ton. Untuk penyusunan jadwal
tiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan program bantu software
Microsoft Project.
Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan penulis,
didapatkan durasi pekerjaan 423 hari kerja dengan biaya
Rp.128.336.556.583,00-

The preparation of this final project discusses the
calculation of time and costs for the Krian – Legundi – Bunder
- Manyar toll road construction project (abbreviated KLBM
Toll Road). The KLBM Toll Road stretches for 38.39 kilometers
that connects the Krian area, Sidoarjo Regency with Manyar,
Gresik Regency, East Java Province. In this final project, the
boundary used is section 2 Sta.17+978 – Sta.18+318 with a
span of 340.3 meters. This Elevated Toll Road was built with
PCI Girder prestress using 40,8 m' girder and 50.8 m' non�standard girder while the width of the road is 25.2 m'.
The calculation of time and costs for the Krian –
Legundi – Bunder - Manyar (KLBM) toll road construction
project uses project drawings obtained from PT. Waskita Beton
Precast (WBP) as the implementing contractor for section 2. As
well as the calculation of implementation costs based on field

analysis data through price surveys, literature/ brochures, and
Basic Unit Prices (HSPK) for the city of Surabaya in 2020.
In this project, the implementation time is based on the
planning of the training method, one of which is the
implementation method of non-standard erection girders
spanning 50.8 m' with a 250-ton crawler crane. The
preparation of the schedule for each work item is carried out
with the Microsoft Project software program.
From the results of calculations carried out by the
author, the duration of the work is 423 working days at a cost
of Rp.128.336.556.583,00-
