Abstract

Banyak pengusaha pada bidang peternakan khususnya ayam yang berada pada pedesaan yang masih mengisi wadah minum untuk memberikan minum pada ayam secara satu persatu. Dengan jumlah ayam yang cukup banyak sering terjadi keterlambatan pada pemberian minum ayam. Selain itu, mengingat daerah air yang lumayan jauh membuat air minum yang diberikan harus sesuai agar tidak terlalu membuang air.
Pada proyek akhir ini membuat “Sistem Kontrol pada Otomasi Pemberian Minum Ayam dengan Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy dan Website untuk Monitoring”dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada peternakan ayam agar dapat meminimalkan kemungkian terjadinya kematian pada ayam. Pada alat ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik dan RTC (Real Time Clock) yang dihubungkan pada ESP8266 dan terintegrasi dengan website. RTC menunjukkan sistem dapat berjalan pada waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Selain itu juga digunakan metode fuzzy untuk mengatur posisi servo yang disambungkan pada valve.
Hasil pada pengujian adalah pada saat jam 04.00, 10.00, 16.00, 20.00, dan 22.00 relay sudah menyalakan pompa air dan servo sudah membuka pada saat jam yang ditentukan. Kemudian metode fuzzy yang diterapkan pada sistem kontrol valve untuk mengatasi kelebihan air sudah mengontrol air agar tidak melebihi set point. Pembacaan sensor ultrasonik memiliki rata-rata error sebesar 0,21%.

Many entrepreneurs in the livestock sector, especially chickens in rural areas, still fill drinking containers to give water to the chickens one by one. With a large number of chickens, there is often a delay in giving chicken water. In addition, considering the water area is quite far away, the drinking water provided must be appropriate so as not to waste too much water.
In this final project, a "Control System for Chicken Feeding Automation Using Fuzzy Method and Website Monitoring" is designed to overcome problems in chicken farming in order to minimize the possibility of death in chickens. This tool uses an ultrasonic sensor and RTC (Real Time Clock) which is connected to the ESP8266 and integrated with the website. RTC indicates the system can run at the specified time. In addition, the fuzzy method is also used to adjust the position of the servo that is connected to the valve.
The results of the test are at 04.00, 10.00, 16.00, 20.00, and 22.00 the relay has turned on the water pump and the servo has opened at the specified hour. Then the fuzzy method applied to the valve control system to overcome excess water already controls the water so that it does not exceed the set point. Ultrasonic sensor readings have an average error of 0.21%.
