Abstract

Layanan teknologi informasi telah menjadi suatu
kebutuhan untuk mendukung proses bisnis bagi sebuah
organisasi. Jurusan Sistem Informasi (JSI) telah memiliki
berbagai layanan teknologi informasi untuk mahasiswa, dosen
dan karyawan, akan tetapi penerapan layanan tidak diiringi
dengan tata kelola yang baik Ha! tersebut menyebabkan
kurangnya monitoring terhadap kinerja layanan dan tidak
memperhatikan kebutuhan penggunanya.
Pembuatan desain tata kelola layanan akan dibuat dari
hasil analisis kesenjangan antara kondisi kekinian JSI dan
kondisi ideal berdasarkan ITIL v3.
Hasil desain layanan berupa Service Catalog sesuai
dengan layanan yang disediakan oleh JSI pada tahun 2014-2015
dan Service Level Agreement yang berisi persetujuan ketentuan
layanan antara pengguna dan penyedia layanan

Information technology(IT) service has became a major
needs to boost up business process in ca organization. Jursan
Sistem lnformasi(JSI) has a many website application services for
their students, lectures, and employees however the application of
services is not accompanied with a good IT governance. A bad IT
governance influence service monitoring and put aside the
customer 's needs.
IT governance desgined based on gap analisys between
existing condition ofJSI and ideal condition based on ITIL v3
The outcome of service governance design will be a
document of service catalog according to sensed service at 2014-
2015 in JSI and service level agreement which is a contract
between service’s user and senhce’s provider
