Abstract
Permasalahan wabah pandemi yang semakin tinggi, dikarenakan penyebaran Covid-19 varian delta secara masif dan cepat. Akibatnya kuota rawat inap di rumah sakit tidak lagi dapat menampung pasien secara terus menerus. Maka, pemerintah memberikan solusi untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut yaitu menerapkan isolasi mandiri di rumah bagi pasien Covid-19 yang tidak bergejala hingga bergejala ringan. Penerapan isolasi mandiri di rumah ini ditunjang oleh telemedicine. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tanggapan dan pengaruh variabel independent (perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness) terhadap variabel dependen (attitude toward using dan actual usage) dalam penggunaan telemedicine Halodoc pada penerapan isolasi mandiri di Surabaya. Maka, penelitian ini menggunakan teori technology acceptance model yang diintegrasikan menjadi perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, intention to use dan actual usage pada penggunaan telemedicine Halodoc bagi pasien isolasi mandiri yang menggunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online dan software PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan variabel laten dapat diterima diantaranya ialah, perceived ease of use berdampak secara positif terhadap attitude toward using, perceived ease of use berdampak secara positif terhadap actual usage, perceived usefulness berdampak secara positif terhadap attitude toward using, perceived usefulness berdampak secara positif terhadap actual usage dan attitude toward using berdampak secara positif terhadap actual usage. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi untuk mengidentifikasi analisis pengaruh dan kemudahan dalam penggunaan Halodoc terhadap attitude dan actual usage pada penerapan isolasi mandiri dalam mengakses aplikasi Halodoc.

The problem of an increasingly high pandemic outbreak, due to the massive and fast spread of the Covid-19 delta variant. As a result, the inpatient quota in hospitals can no longer accommodate patients continuously. So, the government provides a solution to deal with this problem, namely implementing self-isolation at home for Covid-19 patients who have no symptoms to mild symptoms. The application of self-isolation at home is supported by telemedicine. The purpose of this study was to analyze the responses and the effect of the independent variables (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness) on the dependent variable (attitude toward using and actual usage) in the use of Halodoc telemedicine on the application of self-isolation in Surabaya. So, this study uses the technology acceptance model theory which is integrated into perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, intention to use, and actual usage in the use of Halodoc telemedicine for self-isolated patients who use it. This study used an online questionnaire and PLS-SEM software. The results of this study indicate that all latent variables can be accepted including, perceived ease of use has a positive impact on attitude toward using, perceived ease of use has a positive impact on actual usage, perceived usefulness has a positive impact on attitude toward using, perceived usefulness has a positive impact on the positive impact on actual usage and attitude toward using has a positive impact on actual usage. This study provides implications for identifying the analysis of the influence and ease of using Halodoc on attitude and actual usage on the application of self-isolation in accessing the Halodoc application.
