Abstract

Dermaga Terminal Multipurpose PT. Gresik Jasatama ini terletak di sisi timur Pelabuhan Gresik dengan dimensi eksisting 146 m x 20 m untuk kapal 10.000 DWT dengan kedalaman seabed -8 LWS. Didesain dermaga baru di depan lokasi dermaga eksisting untuk mengatasi tingginya volume bongkar muat barang akibat jumlah kunjungan kapal yang terus meningkat.
Dalam Proyek Akhir ini dermaga baru didesain untuk rencana kapal dengan kapasitas 15.000 DWT yang meliputi perencanaan dimensi dan penulangan struktur sandar dan kapal tambat. Dengan adanya rencana pembangunan dermaga tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan perkuatan tanah dengan turap baja pada sisi timur dermaga akibat dredging sedalam -8m. Perkuatan direncanakan menggunakan sheet steel pipe yang dipasang membentuk portal. Perencanaan struktur atas dermaga meliputi pelat lantai dermaga, balok dermaga, dan pile cap yang menggunakan beton bertulang yang dicor ditempat dengan mutu beton fc’ = 35 Mpa. Sedangkan struktur bawah dermaga menggunakan tiang pancang baja. Struktur tiang pancang dermaga disusun sedemikian hingga mampu menahan gaya horizontal dan gaya vertikal. Dalam perencanaan ini digunakan program bantu PLAXIS dan SAP2000.
Dari hasil perencanaan, ditetapkan dimensi turap pipa baja diameter 1016 mm kedalaman -28 m. Dimensi dermaga sebesar 175 m x 22 m. Dimensi balok memanjang sebesar 70 cm x 100 cm, balok melintang sebesar 60 cm x 80 cm, dan balok anak sebesar 30 cm x 40 cm. Tebal pelat lantai dermaga setebal 35 cm dan pelat untuk lintasan crane setebal 50 cm. Dimensi pile cap tipe 1 ukuran 130x130x150 cm untuk tiang pancang baja tegak yang berdiameter 8128 mm tebal 12 mm, dan pile cap tipe 2 ukuran 260x130x150 cm untuk 2 tiang miring yang berdiameter 8128 mm tebal 12 mm. Pada struktur sandar menggunakan fender merk Bridgestone tipe SA800H, sedangkan untuk struktur tambat menggunakan bollard pada katalog Trelleborg tipe T-Head kapasitas 50 ton.

PT. Multipurpose Terminal Pier. Gresik Jasatama is located on the east side of Gresik Harbor with existing dimensions of 146 m x 20 m for 10,000 DWT ships with a seabed depth of -8 LWS. A new pier was designed in front of the existing wharf location to cope with the high volume of loading and unloading of goods due to the increasing number of ship visits.
In this final project, a new wharf is designed for ship plans with a capacity of 15,000 DWT which includes planning the dimensions and reinforcement of the berth and mooring structures. With the plan to build the pier, it is necessary to strengthen the soil with steel sheet pile on the east side of the pier due to dredging as deep as -8m. Reinforcement is planned using sheet steel pipes which are installed to form a portal. The design of the superstructure of the pier includes the pier floor slab, pier beam, and pile cap using reinforced concrete which is cast in place with a concrete quality of fc' = 35 MPa. While the structure under the pier uses steel piles. The pile structure of the pier is arranged so that it is able to withstand horizontal and vertical forces. In this plan, PLAXIS and SAP2000 aid programs are used.
From the planning results, the dimensions of the steel pipe sheet pile with a diameter of 1016 mm and a depth of -28 m are determined. The dimensions of the pier are 175 m x 22 m. The dimensions of the longitudinal beam are 70 cm x 100 cm, the transverse beam is 60 cm x 80 cm, and the child beam is 30 cm x 40 cm. The thickness of the pier floor plate is 35 cm thick and the plate for the crane track is 50 cm thick. The dimensions of type 1 pile cap are 130x130x150 cm for upright steel piles with a diameter of 8128 mm and a thickness of 12 mm, and a type 2 pile cap of size 260x130x150 cm for 2 inclined piles with a diameter of 8128 mm and a thickness of 12 mm. For the anchoring structure, Bridgestone brand fenders are used, type SA800H, while for mooring structures, the bollard is used in the Trelleborg catalog, type T-Head, with a capacity of 50 tons.
