Abstract

Pressure Vessel adalah suatu bejana tekan yang merupakan suatu komponen terpenting dalam pabrik atau bidang industri seperti industri oil and gas hingga industri petrokimia.Pressure vessel atau bejana tekan adalah suatu wadah yang terdapat perbedaan antara tekanan luar dengan tekanan dalam.Bejana tekan atau pressure vessel mencakup beberapa unit yaitu meliputi penukar panas, reaktor, bejana penyimpanan, dan banyak lagi.Selain itu menurut silvia uli arta lubis dan kawan kawan dalam jurnalnya,dijelaskan bahwa pressure vessel atau bejana tekan yaitu tempat penyimpanan suatu tekanan berupa tekanan dalam maupun tekanan luar yang berbentuk tabung dan berbentuk silinder. Untuk keperluan lainnya seperti keperluan desain dan konstruksi,pressure vessel adalah suatu bejana tekan yang memiliki sambungan yang dilas,termasuk nozzle,konektor yang disekrup atau dilas atau tepi yang akan dilas pada las keliling yang akan dilakukan sambungan dengan perpipaan.Komponen dalam sebuah pressure vessel adalah terdapat dinding (shell),kepala bejana (Head),lubang untuk akses manusia (manhole),nozzle,duduk penyangga (support) dan beberapa aksesoris lainnya berupa aksesoris pendukung dan aksesoris untuk keamanan. PT.Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) Divisi Manufaktur Peralatan Industri (MPI) yang beralamat di JL. Imam Bonjol 18, Pasuruan. Salah satu bidang usaha yang ada di Divisi Manufaktur Peralatan Industri (MPI) adalah proses manufaktur pembuatan pressure vessel.Pada Divisi Manufaktur Peralatan Industri (MPI) yang terdapat di PT.Boma Bisma Indra (persero) salah satu hasil produknya yaitu berupa pressure vessel.Pada divisi tersebut melakukan proses dari awal yaitu perancangan,kalkulasi,desain hingga melakukan beberapa pengujian yang disesuaikan dengan standar kualitas yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Divisi Manufaktur Peralatan Industri (MPI) yang terdapat di PT.Boma Bisma Indra (Persero).

PT.Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Division (MPI) which address at JL. Imam Bonjol 18, Pasuruan. One of the business fields in the Division Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (MPI) is the manufacturing process of manufacturing pressure vessel.In the Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Division (MPI) located at PT.Boma Bisma Indra (persero) one of its products is a pressure vessel. In this division carry out the process from the beginning, namely planning, calculation, design to do several tests that are adjusted to quality standards set by Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Division (MPI) located at PT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero).
