Abstract
PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN) dan PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE) merupakan salah satu entitas anak perusahaan yang berada di bawah naungan PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. Dua perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang jalan tol yang beroperasi di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Jalan tol yang dikelola dibagi menjadi empat ruas/seksi terdiri dari seksi 1, 2, 3, yang dikelola oleh PT MMN dan seksi 4 yang dikelola oleh PT JTSE. Total panjang jalan tol keempat seksi tersebut kurang lebih 22,5 km. PT. MMN dan PT. JTSE sebagai BUJT wajib menjalankan pemenuhan standar pelayanan minimum (SPM) berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PU No.392 / PRT / M / 2005. Dalam pemenuhan SPM ini, dilakukanlah kegiatan perencanaan dan pemeliharaan jalan tol. Pemeliharaan jalan tol yang kompleks dan banyak membuat dibukanya program magang di bagian teknik dan pemeliharaan jalan tol di Makassar. Kegiatan magang dibagi dalam empat bagian besar, yaitu desain teknik, inspeksi rutin , laporan & rangkuman, dan database infrastruktur. Desain teknik yang direncanakan anatara lain pipa penyaluran air, papan media informasi, dan vertical wind blade. Inspeksi yang dilakukan terhadap PHO pengecatan, heavy maintenance, dan infrastruktur jalan tol. Laporan dan rangkuman meliputi rangkuman sistem pemeliharaan jembatan, manual pemeliharaan jalan tol, dan hasil pengujian reflektifitas rambu & marka. Database infrastruktur berupa E-SPM BUJT, pembuatan jadwal inspeksi, perhitungan volume item, dan formulir inspeksi.

PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN) and PT Toll Road Section Four (JTSE) are one of the subsidiary companies under the auspices of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. These two companies are engaged in the toll road sector operating in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The managed toll road is divided into four segments/sections consisting of sections 1, 2, 3, which are managed by PT MMN and section 4 which is managed by PT JTSE. The total length of the four sections of the toll road is approximately 22.5 km. PT. MMN and PT. JTSE as a BUJT is required to comply with minimum service standards (SPM) based on Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 392 / PRT / M / 2005. In fulfilling this SPM, toll road planning and maintenance activities are carried out. Complex and many toll road maintenance led to the opening of an apprenticeship program in the toll road engineering and maintenance department in Makassar. The internship activities are divided into four major sections, namely engineering design, routine inspections, reports & summaries, and infrastructure databases. The planned engineering designs include water distribution pipes, information media boards, and vertical wind blades. Inspections were carried out on PHO for painting, heavy maintenance, and toll road infrastructure. Reports and summaries include a summary of bridge maintenance systems, toll road maintenance manuals, and the results of signs & markings reflectivity tests. Infrastructure database in the form of BUJT E-SPM, preparation of inspection schedules, item volume calculations, and inspection forms.
