Abstract

Pembangunan jalan tol di Indonesia saat ini menjadi fokus utama pembangunan dalam era Presiden Joko Widodo. Salah satu tujuan dari pembangunan jalan tol ialah meningkatkan pelayanan distribusi barang dan jasa guna menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu struktur jalan tol harus dibangun dengan sangat baik terutama pada jalan bagian mainroad, jalan tol di Indonesia juga sudah cukup banyak yang menggunakan metode perkerasan dengan rigid pavement.
Pembangunan proyek jalan tol Cimanggis Cibitung Seksi 2 PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. menjadi salah satu proyek strategis nasional pada era pemerintahan kini. Pada proyek seksi 2 jalan tol sepanjang 23,30 Km ini menghubungkan dari on/off Jatikarya/jalan Transyogi – Kota Bekasi – Junction Cibitung, Kab. Bekasi, dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 3.429.975.269.647,48. Perkerasan Jalan pada proyek ini menggunakan metode rigid pavement, Pada bagian mainroad di jalan tol ini menggunakan spesifikasi beton kelas P dengan K 450 serta ketebalan nya setebal 30 cm dan juga pemadatan pada beton ini menggunakan concrete paver. Metode perkerasan menggunakan rigid pavement disebut cukup menguntungkan dalam pembangunan jalan tol dalam negeri karena beton bahan dasar semen merupakan material produksi dalam negeri dan tidak terlalu peka terhadap kelalaian pemanfaatan (overloading).

Toll road development in Indonesia is currently the main focus of development in the era of President Joko Widodo. One of the objectives of toll road construction is to improve the distribution of goods and services to support economic growth. Therefore, the toll road structure must be built very well, especially on the main road section, toll roads in Indonesia have also used the rigid pavement method quite a lot.
The construction of the Cimanggis Cibitung Section 2 toll road project of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. is one of the national strategic projects in the current government era. The 23.30 km section 2 toll road project connects from Jatikarya on/off / Transyogi road - Bekasi City - Cibitung Junction, Bekasi Regency, with a contract value of Rp 3,429,975,269,647.48. The road pavement in this project uses the rigid pavement method, in the mainroad section of this toll road using class P concrete specifications with K 450 and a thickness of 30 cm thick and also compaction on this concrete using a concrete paver. The pavement method using rigid pavement is said to be quite profitable in the construction of toll roads in the country because cement-based concrete is a domestically produced material and is not too sensitive to overloading.
