Abstract

Konstruksi pondasi adalah struktur bangunan paling bawah dan dasar yang berfungsi menyalurkan beban dari struktur diatasnya ke lapisan tanah pendukung atau batuan yang berada di bawahnya. Sebagai elemen struktur bawah bangunan dan bagian terendah dari sebuah bangunan, maka pondasi langsung berhubungan dengan tanah. Pada BSPS Kabupaten Trenggalek, terdapat dua jenis pondasi yang sering digunakan yaitu pondasi batu kali dan cakar ayam. Laporan akhir ini berisi tentang analisis perbandingan antara pondasi batu kali dan cakar ayam terhadap biaya dan waktu. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pondasi batu kali sebesar Rp 6.702.00 sedangkan untuk pondasi cakar ayam dibutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 1.927.000 sehingga biaya material pondasi cakar ayam jauh lebih murah daripada pondasi batu kali. Sedangkan pemasangan pondasi batu kali dan cakar ayam dengan jumlah pekerja yang sama yaitu 2 orang/hari, waktu yang diperlukan untuk pemasangan batu kali adalah 19 hari sedangkan pondasi cakar ayam adalah 10 hari sehingga dapat disimpulkan waktu pemasangan pondasi cakar ayam lebih cepat daripada pondasi batu kali. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa biaya pekerjaan pondasi cakar ayam lebih murah dan efisiensi waktu pemasangan yang lebih cepat daripada pondasi batu kali.
