Abstract
Terowongan pengelak pada bendungan merupakan struktur penting yang dibangun di bawah bendungan untuk mengalirkan dan mengelakkan aliran sungai utama, sehingga pekerjaan konstruksi bendungan dapat dilaksanakan dengan aman. Terowongan ini memiliki dalam mencegah kemungkinan banjir atau genangan air yang dapat mengancam keamanan bendungan dan wilayah sekitarnya. Pada proyek akhir ini, akan dibahas tentang pembangunan Terowongan Bangunan Pengelak salah satu item dari proyek Bendungan Jragung. Dalam proses pembangunan, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti cuaca yang tidak kondusif dan kondisi lapangan yang sulit, termasuk kondisi geologi tanah yang beragam. Oleh karena itu, penyusunan metode pelaksanaan yang tepat menjadi kunci untuk mengatur sumber daya, durasi, dan biaya pembangunan secara efektif dan efisien. Proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk menyusun metode pelaksanaan, menghitung waktu pelaksanaan dan menghitung biaya pelaksanaan dalam pembangunan Terowongan Bangunan Pengelak. Tahapan pekerjaan yang dilakukan meliputi persiapan, galian terowongan pengelak, proteksi, lantai kerja, penulangan, bekisting, dan pembetonan. Penyusunan proyek akhir ini melibatkan identifikasi item pekerjaan, perhitungan volume, dan produktivitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan, diperoleh hasil akhir berupa durasi dan waktu pelaksanaan, dan kurva S. Waktu pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan Terowongan Bangunan Pengelak proyek Bendungan Jragung memiliki durasi selama 379 hari kalender, dengan jam kerja efektif sebanyak 7 jam per hari. Selain itu, biaya pelaksanaan proyek ini diperkirakan mencapai Rp30,429,011,662.09

The diversion tunnel in a dam is an important structure built beneath the dam to redirect and divert the flow of the main river, ensuring the safe execution of the dam construction work. This tunnel plays a vital role in preventing potential floods or water inundation that could pose a threat to the dam's safety and the surrounding areas. In this final project, we will discuss the construction of the Diversion Tunnel, which is one of the components of the Jragung Dam project. During the construction process, several challenges are encountered, such as unfavorable weather conditions, difficult field conditions, including diverse soil geological conditions. Therefore, the development of an appropriate construction methodology becomes crucial in effectively and efficiently managing resources, duration, and construction costs. This final project aims to develop a construction methodology, calculate the project duration, and estimate the construction cost for the Diversion Tunnel construction. The work stages involved in this project include preparation, excavation of the diversion tunnel, protection, floor works, reinforcement, formwork, and concreting. The development of this final project includes identifying work items, calculating volumes, and determining productivity. Based on the analysis and calculations, the final results include the duration and schedule, as well as the S-curve. The construction time for the Diversion Tunnel in the Jragung Dam project is estimated to be 379 calendar days, with an effective working time of 7 hours per day. Additionally, the estimated construction cost for this project is approximately Rp30,429,011,662.09
