Abstract
Pembangunan Terowongan Pengelak pada Bendungan Bagong merupakan salah satu bangunan penting yang berfungsi untuk mengelakkan atau mengalihkan aliran air sungai agar tidak melewati area pembangunan bendungan utama, sehingga nantinya pembangunan bendungan utama dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pada proses pembangunannya terdapat kendala berupa material terowongan yang sebelumnya direncanakan dengan peledakan ternyata berupa batuan lunak yang menyebabkan terjadi overbreak pada terowongan pengelak sehingga diperlukan kombinasi metode pelaksanaan lain dalam pelaksanaanya. Penyusunan proyek akhir ini adalah dengan mengidentifikasi item pekerjaan yang terdiri dari pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan galian proteksi, pekerjaan lantai kerja, pekerjaan pembesian, pekerjaan dowel bar, pekerjaan bekisting, pekerjaan waterstop, dan pekerjaan pembetonan. Lalu, kemudian melakukan perhitungan volume dan produktivitas. Perhitungan tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan durasi dan biaya pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa perhitungan didapatkan hasil akhir berupa durasi dan waktu pelaksanaan, network planning, dan kurva S. Pada proyek akhir ini dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan kombinasi galian peledakan dan galian mekanis excavator agar tidak terjadi overbreak terowongan yang menyebabkan menambah biaya dan durasi pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa perhitungan proyek pembangunan Terowongan Pengelak Bendungan Bagong Kabupaten Trenggalek – Jawa Timur didapatkan hasil akhir durasi pelaksanaan adalah 428 hari dengan jam kerja efektif adalah 7 jam kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan adalah sebesar Rp 20.500.002.696. Setelah diperhitungkan biaya K3 sebanyak 2% yaitu sebesar Rp 410.000.054 maka total biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan adalah Rp 20.910.002.750.

The construction of the Diversion Tunnel at Bagong Dam is one of the important buildings that functions to avoid or divert river water flow so that it does not pass through the main dam construction area, so that later the construction of the main dam can run well. In the construction process there are obstacles in the form of tunnel material which was previously planned by blasting turned out to be soft rock and caused an overbreak on the diversion tunnel so that a combination of other implementation methods is needed in its implementation. The preparation of this final project is to identify work items consisting of preparation work, protection excavation work, work floor work, concreting work, dowel bar work, formwork work, waterstop work, and concreting work. Then, calculate the volume and productivity. These calculations are used to determine the duration and cost of implementation. Based on the results of the calculation analysis, the final results are obtained in the form of duration and implementation time, network planning, and S curve. In this final project, calculations were conducted using a combination of blasting and mechanical excavation with an excavator to avoid overbreak in the tunnel, which could result in increased costs and duration of implementation. Based on the analysis results of the construction project for the Bagong Dam Diversion Tunnel in Trenggalek Regency, East Java, the final duration of implementation is 428 days, with an effective working time of 7 hours per day. The total implementation cost is Rp 20,500,002,696. After considering the occupational health and safety cost (K3) of 2%, which amounts to Rp 410,000,054, the total cost of project implementation is Rp 20,910,002,750.
