Abstract

Penggunaan bahan bangunan material beton pada proyek konstruksi digunakan di hampir seluruh komponen struktur bangunan konstruksi. Untuk menopang berat beton dan pekerja di atasnya, bekisting yang digunakan sebagai cetakan beton harus kuat, kaku, dan kokoh. Untuk memotong biaya, disarankan untuk penggunaan material bekisting secara berulang. Proyek akhir ini merencanakan manajemen konstruksi pada proyek Pembangunan Menara 17 PWNU JATIM Kota Surabaya yang berlokasi di Jl. Masjid Al-Akbar Timur No. 9, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur dengan 17 lantai dan atap. Proyek akhir ini merencanakan dan menghitung biaya serta waktu penggantian metode pelaksanaan dari yang sebelumnya menggunakan metode bekisting konvensional menjadi metode bekisting aluminium formwork mulai dari lantai 2 sampai lantai 17. Hal ini dikarenakan proyek memiliki desain lantai tipikal. Penyusunan proyek akhir dimulai dari mengidentifikasi item pekerjaan, kemudian menghitung volume dan produktivitas pekerjaan yang akan digunakan dalam menentukan durasi setiap item pekerjaan sehingga dapat menyusun penjadwalan. Hasil analisa perhitungan waktu diperoleh selama 316 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp51.705.176.000,00.

The use of concrete building materials in construction projects is used in almost all structural components of construction buildings. To support the weight of the concrete and the workers on it, the formwork used as a concrete mold must be strong, rigid, and sturdy. To cut costs, it is recommended to use formwork materials repeatedly. This final project plans the construction management of the Menara 17 PWNU JATIM Surabaya City Construction project located at Jl. Masjid Al-Akbar Timur No. 9, Surabaya City, East Java with 17 floors and roof. This final project plans and calculates the cost and time of changing the method of implementation from previously using conventional formwork methods to aluminum formwork methods starting from the 2nd floor to the 17th floor. This is because the project has a typical floor design. The preparation of the final project starts from identifying work items, then calculating the volume and productivity of work that will be used in determining the duration of each work item so that scheduling can be arranged. The results of the time calculation analysis were obtained for 316 working days and the implementation cost was Rp51.705.176.000,00.
