Abstract

Manajemen pelaksanaan konstruksi adalah ilmu yang diterapkan untuk membantu mencapai keberhasilan sebuah konstruksi bangunan. Dengan menerapkan ilmu manajemen pelaksanaan konstruksi yang tepat, sebuah konstruksi dapat dicapai dengan kualitas mutu yang baik, serta waktu dan sumber daya yang effisien. Sebuah konstruksi memiliki manajemen pelaksanaan masing-masing, hal ini dikarenakan manajemen pelaksanaan konstruksi antara proyek satu dengan proyek lainnya tidak sama. Perbedaan manajemen konstruksi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kondisi, sumber daya, dan biaya dari proyek tersebut. Dalam merencanakan manajemen pelaksanaan konstruksi bangunan pelimpah pada Bendungan Jlantah Karanganyar terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengumpulan data seperti gambar kerja, HSPK wilayah Karanganyar, spesifikasi teknis proyek, dan data lain yang dibutuhkan. Selanjutnya dari data tersebut dilakukan analisa dan pengolahan data sehingga didapatkan jenis dan volume pekerjaan, metode pelaksanaan, produktivitas, jumlah dan jenis alat berat yang digunakan, durasi pelaksanaan proyek, dan rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam menyelesaikan proyek bangunan pelimpah pada Bendungan Jlantah Karanganyar. Penjadwalan pelaksanaan konstruksi bangunan pelimpah dibuat dengan bantuan software Microsoft Project dan dibuat menggunakan metode PDM (Precedence Diagram Method). Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan maka didapatkan durasi pelaksanaan selama 365 hari dengan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) sebesar Rp 96.435.085.000,00 yang sudah termasuk biaya K3 didalamnya. Pelaksanaan konstruksi dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan bantuan alat berat seperti: excavator, bulldozer, dumptruck, wheel loader, batching plan, vibro roller, truck mixer, concrsete pump, dan peralatan lain serta tenaga kerja dengan jumlah yang disesuaikan dengan metode pelaksanaan dan kebutuhan.

Construction implementation management is a science that is applied to help achieve the success of a building construction. By applying proper construction implementation management science, a construction can be achieved with good quality, as well as efficient time and resources. A construction has its own implementation management, this is because the management of construction implementation between one project and another project is not the same. The difference in construction management is influenced by the conditions, resources, and costs of the project. In planning the management of the implementation of spillway building construction at the Jlantah Karanganyar Dam, data collection is first carried out such as working drawings, HSPK for the Karanganyar area, technical specifications of the project, and other data needed. Furthermore, from the data, data analysis and processing are carried out so that the type and volume of work, implementation methods, productivity, number and type of heavy equipment used, duration of project implementation, and budget plan costs needed in completing the spillway building project at the Jlantah Karanganyar Dam. Scheduling the implementation of spillway building construction is made with the help of Microsoft Project software and made using the PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) method. From the results of the analysis and calculation, it was obtained that the duration of implementation was 365 days with a Cost Budget Plan of Rp 96.435.085.000,00 which included OHS costs in it. Construction is carried out using the help of heavy equipment such as: excavators, bulldozers, dumptrucks, wheel loaders, batching plans, vibro rollers, mixer trucks, concrete pumps, and other equipment as well as labor with an amount adjusted to the implementation method and needs.
