Abstract

Bekisting merupakan cetakan sementara yang digunakan untuk menahan beban selama beton dituang hingga beton mengeras/pengecoran. Munculnya jenis bekisting baru yakni bekisting aluminium. Jika dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional, bekisting aluminium merupakan bekisting yang efektif digunakan terutama pada proyek besar karena dapat digunakan berulangkali dan biaya untuk tenaga kerja relatif lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional. Sehingga dapat digunakan dalam proyek ini. Lalu dari segi lingkungan, bekisting aluminium tidak menghasilkan sampah dan apabila tidak digunakan dapat dilebur kembali. Bekisting aluminium juga menggunakan metode fix shoring sehingga lebih aman dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaannya dan mobilitas bekisting aluminium juga lebih mudah dibandingkan bekisting konvensional. Pada proyek akhir ini, penulis akan membandingkan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan antara penggunaan bekisting konvensional dan bekisting aluminium pada proyek Gedung DPRD Balai Pemuda Surabaya yang berlokasi di Jl. Gubernur Suryo No. 15, EmbongKaliasin, Kecamatan Genteng, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Gedung DPRD ini adalah sebuah gedung perkantoran yang memiliki 8 lantai ditambah dengan 1 basement dan setiap lantainya memiliki lantai yang tipikal. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis dan perbandingan antara metode bekisting konvensional dan metode bekisting aluminium dengan mempertimbangkan produktivitas, harga survey, dan mempertimbangkan jumlah dari pekerja sehingga didapatkan perbandingan dari segi waktu dan biaya dari kedua metode tersebut. Dari hasil analisis proyek akhir ini, pada pembangunan Proyek Gedung DPRD Surabaya dengan menggunakan bekisting konvensional dapat diselesaikan dalam 123 hari kerja, sedangkan jika menggunakan bekisting aluminium dapat diselesaikan dalam 94 hari kerja dengan selisih 29 hari kerja lebih cepat dibandingkan bekisting aluminium. Jika ditinjau dalam segi biaya, bekisting konvensional membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp22.839.953.727 sedangkan jika menggunakan bekisting aluminium membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp29.187.318.174 yang dimana bekisting aluminium membutuhkan biaya 21.74% lebih mahal dibandingkan bekisting konvensional

Formwork is a temporary mold that is used to hold the load while the concrete is poured until the concrete hardens/casts. The emergence of a new type of formwork, namely aluminum formwork. When compared to conventional formwork, aluminum formwork is an effective formwork used especially in large projects because it can be used repeatedly and costs for labor are relatively less compared to conventional formwork. So it can be used in this project. Then from an environmental point of view, aluminum formwork does not produce waste and can be melted down if it is not used. Aluminum formwork also uses the fix shoring method so that it is safer to carry out work and the mobility of aluminum formwork is also easier than conventional formwork.
In this final project, the author will compare the time and cost of implementation between the use of conventional formwork and aluminium formwork in the DPRD Balai Pemuda Surabaya Building project that located on Jl. Governor Suryo No. 15, EmbongKaliasin, Genteng District, Surabaya City, East Java. This DPRD building is an office building that has 8 floors and 1 basement and each floor has a typical floor. In this final project, an analysis and comparison is carried out between the conventional formwork method and the aluminium formwork method by considering productivity, survey pricesm and considering the number of worker so that a comparison is obtained in terms of time and cost of the two methods. From the results of this final project analysis, the construction of the DPRD Surabaya Building Project using conventional formwork can be completed in 123 working days, while using aluminum formwork it can be completed in 94 working days with a difference of 29 working days faster than aluminum formwork. In terms of cost, conventional formwork costs IDR 22.839.953.727 whereas using aluminum formwork costs IDR 29.187.318.174 where aluminum formwork costs 21.74% more expensive than conventional formwork
