Abstract

Sistem penilaian kualitas dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kualitas setiap produk. PT Siemens Indonesia mempunyai beberapa produk seperti panel high voltage, panel medium voltage dan panel low voltage. Untuk panel medium voltage dan low voltage pada PT Siemens Indonesia diproduksi sendiri mulai dari bahan mentah hingga menjadi barang jadi yaitu berupa panel yang sudah dirakit beserta komponennya sehingga sudah siap untuk digunakan secara langsung. Berbeda dengan panel high voltage pada PT Siemens Indonesia tidak dibuat sendiri, melainkan pesan panel tersebut ke vendor. Ketika panel tersebut sudah jadi, maka akan dikirimkan ke PT Siemens Indonesia terlebih dahulu ke divisi quality control, sehingga tim quality control melakukan penilaian kualitas panel tersebut dari beberapa kriteria yaitu konstruksi, wiring, dimensi, kelas Ingress Protection (IP), warna dan kelengkapan dokumen. Saat ini sistem penilaian kualitas panel masih menggunakan cara lama yaitu dengan menggunakan form checklist, dengan adanya form checklist tersebut hasilnya kurang memuaskan dan data dari form checklist tesebut perlu direkap lagi sehingga baru dapat membandingkan kualitas panel antar vendor, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kualitas panel, sistem tersebut berbasis website sehingga tim quality control cukup memasukkan nilai, kemudian sistem akan menampilkan hasil persentase serta rangking kualitas panel dari setiap vendor. Sistem tersebut menggunakan metode simple additive weighting untuk perhitungan serta analisisnya. Simple additive weighting merupakan sebuah metode untuk mengevaluasi dan menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria dan hasil akhirnya membuat peringkat setiap vendor. Dengan metode tersebut tim quality control hanya memasukkan penilaian sekali saja kemudian sistem akan melakukan normalisasi matriks dan melakukan perangkingan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas panel yang terbaik yaitu dari PT GSPE dengan total skor 1, yang berarti rata-rata nilai setiap kriterianya bagus dan bisa dijadikan rekomendasi untuk proyek selanjutnya dapat memesan panel ke vendor tersebut.

Currently the panel quality assessment system still uses the old method, namely by using a checklist form, with the checklist form the results are unsatisfactory and the data from the checklist form needs to be recapitulated so that new panel quality can be compared between vendors, therefore a decision support system is needed. for panel quality assessment, the system is website-based so that the quality control team only needs to enter a value, then the system will display the percentage results as well as the panel quality ranking from each vendor. The system uses the simple additive weighting method for calculation and analysis. Simple additive weighting is a method for evaluating and determining the weight of each criterion and the end result is to rank each vendor. With this method, the quality control team only enters an assessment once, then the system normalizes the matrix and performs a ranking. The results of this study indicate that the best panel quality is from PT GSPE with a total score of 1, which means that the average value of each criterion is good and can be used as a recommendation for the next project.
