Abstract

Seiring dengan era industrialisasi dan globalisasi yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan industri, perlu untuk diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja yang professional dan berdaya saing tinggi. Lulusan perguruan tinggi yang berkompetensi sangat dibutuhkan di Indonesia. Guna menunjang terwujudnya komitmen dari perguruan tinggi untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kualifikasi unggul dan sesuai dengan standar kompetensi dunia kerja. Maka wawasan mahasiswa tentang dunia kerja yang berkaitan dengan industrialisasi sangat diperlukan, mengingat kondisi Indonesia yang merupakan negara berkembang.

Competent college graduates are needed in Indonesia. So students' insight into the world of work related to industrialization is needed, given the condition of Indonesia which is a developing country.
