Abstract

Untuk melakukan monitoring proses produksi yang dilakukan, CV X melakukan pencatatan mengenai jumlah unit yang mengalami defect berdasarkan 20 jenis kategori grade. Namun perlu dilakukan analisis lanjutan apakah proses produksi sudah terkendali secara statistik. Diajukan analisis menggunakan peta kendali Multivariate Poisson Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MPEWMA) untuk memonitoring apakah terjadi pergeseran rata-rata pada proses produksi. Peta kendali MPEWMA diajukan karena dalam satu luasan kayu lapis bisa lebih terjadi lebih dari satu defect untuk jenis defect yang sama dan dihitung sejumlah defect yang terjadi serta data yang dihasilkan berupa data diskrit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data analisis grade CV X periode Januari hingga April 2023 sebagai data fase 1 dan data periode Mei 2023 sebagai data fase 2. Setelah dimonitoring menggunakan peta kendali MPEWMA terdapat pengamatan out of control pada data fase 1 sehingga pengamatan out of control dikeluarkan dan dilakukan pembuatan peta kendali MPEWMA kembali dan sudah dalam kondisi in control. Kemudian monitoring dilakukan pada data fase 2 dengan menggunakan data fase 1 yang sudah in control sebagai dasar dan didapati bahwa data fase 2 sudah dalam kondisi in control. Setelah dilakukan analisis kapabilitas proses, proses produksi kayu lapis di CV X belum kapabel. Penyebab proses produksi belum terkendali secara statistik bisa disebabkan dari dimensi Man, Measure, Environment, Material, Machine dan Methode yang digunakan dalam proses produksi.

To monitor the production process, CV X records the number of units with defects based on 20 types of grade categories. However, it is necessary to carry out further analysis whether the production process is statistically controlled. An analysis is proposed using the Multivariate Poisson Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MPEWMA) control chart to monitor whether there is an average shift in the production process. The MPEWMA control chart is proposed because in one area of plywood there can be more than one defect for the same type of defect and the number of defects that occur is calculated and the resulting data is in the form of discrete data. The data used in the study were CV X grade analysis data for the period January to April 2023 as phase 1 data and May 2023 data as phase 2 data. After monitoring using the MPEWMA control chart, there were out of control observations in phase 1 data so that the out of control observations were excluded and the MPEWMA control chart was made again and it was in control condition. Then monitoring was carried out on phase 2 data using phase 1 data that was already in control as a basis and it was found that phase 2 data was in control condition. After analyzing process capability, the plywood production process at CV X is not yet capable. The cause of the production process not being controlled statistically can be caused by the Man,
Measure, Environment, Material, Machine and Method dimensions used in the production process.
