Abstract

Pupuk ZK memiliki berbagai kandungan unsur hara seperti H2O, K2O, SO3, FA, dan lainnya. Namun, semua unsur hara tersebut harus terkandung sesuai dengan kadar yang telah ditentukan agar manfaat tersebut dapat dicapai dengan maksimal karena penggunaan pupuk dengan kandungan yang tidak seimbang dapat menghambat produktivitas tanaman. Maka penting untuk perusahaan memperhatikan kualitas pupuk yang digunakan sehingga produktivitas pertanian dapat meningkat dan kualitas produk pertanian dapat terjaga. Oleh karena itu, akan dilakukan pengendalian kualitas statistika dengan menggunakan peta kendali Max-Mchart pada Pupuk ZK di PT Petrokimia Gresik dengan menggunakan empat karakteristik kualitas yaitu H2O, SO3, K2O, dan FA sebagai parameter proses. Dimana data penelitian akan dibagi menjadi 2 fase yaitu fase I dan fase II. Pada fase I diperoleh hasil bahwa peta kendali Max-Mchart belum terkendali secara statistik dikarenakan terdapat pengamatan out of control yang mengalami pergeseran pada rata-rata proses dan variabilitas proses. Pada fase II masih ditemukan 1 pengamatan yang berada di luar batas kendali dan mengalami pergeseran rata-rata proses. Setelah diidentifikasi penyebab proses masih belum terkendali adalah operator kurang teliti hingga penggunaan metode injeksi senyawa kimia yang kurang teliti. Berdasarkan kapabilitas proses diperoleh hasil bahwa secara univariat semua karakteristik kualitas belum sesuai dengan spesifikasi perusahaan dan secara multivariat keseluruhan proses produksi Pupuk ZK masih belum dapat dikatakan kapabel.

ZK fertilizer contains various nutrients such as H2O, K2O, SO3, FA, and others. However, all these nutrients must be contained in accordance with predetermined levels so that the benefits can be achieved to the maximum because the use of fertilizers with unbalanced content can hinder plant productivity. Thus, it is important for companies to pay attention to the quality of fertilizers used so that agricultural productivity can increase and the quality of agricultural products can be maintained. Therefore, statistical quality control will be carried out using the Max-Mchart control chart on ZK Fertilizer at PT Petrokimia Gresik using four quality characteristics namely H2O, K2O, SO3, FA as process parameters. Where the research data will be divided into 2 phases, namely phase I and phase II. In phase I, it was found that the Max-Mchart control chart was not yet statistically controlled because there were out of control observations that experienced shifts in mean process and variance process. In phase II, there was still 1 observation that was outside the control limits and experienced a shift in the mean process. After being identified, the cause of the process still not under control is the operator's lack of accuracy to the use of chemical compound injection methods that are less thorough. Based on process capability, the results show that univariately all quality characteristics are not in accordance with company specifications and multivariately the entire ZK Fertilizer production process still cannot be said to be capable.
