Abstract

PT.

PT. PLN as the only state-owned electricity producer has responsibility for all electrical energy distribution processes. But what happened was a loss from the electricity distribution process which resulted in losses to PT. PLN itself is certainly detrimental to the country. This loss also hinders one of the company's goals, namely making a profit so that it can finance development. This research began with the Lean Six Sigma approach where the lean concept was applied to identify waste and non-value added activities. Meanwhile, to increase process capability, a Sig Sigma approach was used. Apart from that, this waste can pose risks that hinder the company's goals, so the Risk Management method is used to analyze and evaluate the risks from this waste. Then, to be able to determine the best alternative based on the criteria for proposed improvements, Value Management is used which will provide the best alternative according to the value generated and the company's considerations. This research resulted in electrical energy savings from 126,721,657 Kwh to 122,721,657 Kwh, which means cost savings of Rp. 82,115,633,736 to Rp. 80,382,685,335 so that companies can save costs of up to Rp. 1,732,948,401
