Abstract

Dalam kurun waktu beberapa tahun ini, apartemen menjadi salah satu pilihan tempat tinggal eksklusif bagi masyarakat, terutama di kota besar. Tingginya minat masyarakat perkotaan terhadap apartemen membuat perusahaan properti berlomba-lomba untuk memasarkan apartemen dengan berbagai fasilitas unggulan. Hanya saja, dibutuhkan sebuah media promosi yang dapat membantu pihak apartemen untuk menyebarkan informasi lengkap terkait apartemen. Salah satunya adalah dengan menerapkan teknologi tiga dimensi. Pembuatan aplikasi promosi dengan fitur tiga dimensi dinilai efektif dan efisien karena dapat membantu penyajian informasi kepada masyarakat dengan lebih detail. Fitur tiga dimensi yang disediakan oleh aplikasi memuat konten informatif tentang kelebihan-kelebihan yang ditawarkan apartemen, sehingga dapat menarik minat calon penghuni. Fitur-fitur yang tersedia dalam aplikasi ini antara lain, tampilan apartemen dalam bentuk tiga dimensi yang berisi konten informatif, informasi harga tiap-tiap kamar, informasi kontak apatemen, dan informasi fasilitas. Pengerjaan fitur melalui tahap perancangan aset aplikasi berupa fisik apartemen, pembuatan interaksi melalui proses integrasi antara obyek dan scripting menggunakan Unity3D, serta pengujian terhadap aplikasi. Hasil pengujian mengatakan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi 3D untuk promosi apartemen yang interaktif dan memiliki kemiripan dengan kondisi nyata dapat dilakukan dengan baik menggunakan Unity3D. Semakin tinggi spesifikasi grafis yang dimiliki perangkat komputer, semakin baik aplikasi ini berjalan.

Nowadays, apartment appears as the appropriate solution for the citizens whom looking for an exclusive yet highly-facilitated mansion. The rapid development of apartment and the increasing number of apartment customer, especially on metropolic cities, causes a tight competition and rivalry amongst the property developers. They compete on how to promote their product and advantages in the most attractive ways. However, a well-prepared promoting media that could help the developers to spread the informations about their product is importantly needed. One of the solution is to implement the three-dimentional based technology. The development of promoting application with 3D features is considered to be effective and efficient to provide the mass with informations about the apartment in the more detailed way. The 3D features provided by the applications will include some informative contents about the advantages given by the apartemen, so the customer could noticed the apartment better. The features provided by this application are three- dimentional visualization of apartment which includings informative contents about the apartment, pricelist and taxes information, contact informations and the facilities. The development stages of this application started by designing the application assets. After that, the interactions are ready to be made by integrating the object and the scripts using Unity 3D. Finally, after all the functionalities are done, finished it with the testing stage. The result of this testing showed that the apartment promoting application was really well-developed by using Unity3D. This application works better on computer devices with high-class graphic specification. The conclusion is, the better VGA used by the computer, the smoother this application implemented.
