Abstract

PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk sebagai salah satu Badan Umum Milik Negara (BUMN) yang mana memiliki jangkauan wilayah pemasaran yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah lokasi unit produksinya, PT. Semen Gresik memiliki jaringan distribusi yang tersebar dari ujung Barat sampai Timur Indonesia. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan komitmen yang tinggi juga engaged yang tinggi dari karyawannya guna mendukung proses bisnis yang terjadi di Semen Gresik. Juga dalam upaya perbaikan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di PT. Semen Gresik, perlu diketahui pengaruh Karakteristik Individu, Iklim Organisasi, Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dan mengukur tingkat employee engagement pada karyawan Semen Gresik. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM), yaitu teknik analisis untuk mengestimasi pengaruh variabel secara simultan. Dari analisis disimpulkan bahwa variabel Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi , variabel Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Komitmen Organisasi. Sedangkan variabel Iklim Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi. Untuk tingkat Employee Engagement pada PT Semen Gresik, 51% karyawan dikatakan not engaged dan 49% karyawan termasuk engaged kepada perusahaan

PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk as one of the State-Owned Public Agencies (BUMN) which has a marketing area spread throughout the location of its production unit, PT. Semen Gresik has a distribution network spread from the West to the East of Indonesia. Therefore, it requires high commitment and high engagement from its employees to support the business processes that occur at Semen Gresik. Also in an effort to improve human resource management at PT. Semen Gresik, it is necessary to know the influence of Individual Characteristics, Organizational Climate, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and measure the level of employee engagement in Semen Gresik employees. The analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is an analytical technique for estimating the influence of variables simultaneously. From the analysis it is concluded that the Individual Characteristics variable has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, the Job Stress variable has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, but is not significant on the Organizational Commitment variable. Meanwhile, the Organizational Climate variable has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. For the level of Employee Engagement at PT Semen Gresik, 51% of employees are said to be not engaged and 49% of employees are considered engaged to the company
